Headlight Assembly - LH (Remove and Replace)

Removal

  1. Remove front fascia for access (refer to procedure).
  2. Disconnect headlight connector(s).

  3. Vehicles built after April 11, 2016: Remove the LH front fascia fender bracket.
  4. Remove the bolts (x4) that attach the headlight to the carrier and fender (torque 4 Nm).
  5. Remove headlight.

Installation

  1. Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:
  2. Check headlight to fender profiles and gaps.
  3. Check and adjust headlight as necessary (refer to procedure).
