Sensor - Temperature - Evaporator (Remove and Replace)

Removal

  1. Remove the driver footwell cover assembly. See Assembly - Cover - Footwell - Driver's (Remove and Replace).
  2. Release the clip that attaches the evaporator temperature sensor electrical harness to the HVAC case.
  3. Disconnect the evaporator temperature sensor electrical connector.
  4. Turn the evaporator temperature sensor clockwise 90 degrees to release the sensor from the HVAC case, and then remove the sensor from the vehicle.

Installation

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
