Bolts

All patch bolts need to be replaced due to wear and tear during disassembly, except for those on aero shield panels, which can be reused after applying adhesive.

Safety-sensitive bolts must be replaced (e.g., seatbelt bolts or seat fixing bolts).

Nuts

Nylon nuts applied to chassis and suspension systems are typically classified as consumable parts. Reuse may compromise preload force integrity.

Nuts specified for control module installations (e.g., safety control modules, CarPC modules) are generally non-reusable.

All label stickers are designated as single-use items; replacement is required after removal.

Rubber O-rings, due to their operation under high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive conditions, are recommended for replacement to ensure sealing integrity.
