    Note
Ensure all tools are available and free of resin residue, and then inspect the seals for cracks, wear or swelling.
  4. Install the mirror on the inside of the windshield in front of the repair area.

    Note
Apply a thin layer of gel to the suction cup of the inspection mirror. The repair area should be clearly visible in the mirror.
  5. Use the scratching pen from the repair kit to clean out any residual debris from the chip in windshield, and then use alcohol to wash out the area without blowing or wiping.
  6. With small inaccessible impact points, the impact area should be drilled using the carbide tipped drill bit, and then use alcohol to wash out the area without blowing or wiping.

    Note
Apply a thin layer of gel to the suction cup of the Bridge, and then place the Bridge on the outside of the windshield so that the injector head is positioned exactly over the repair area (impact point) and vertically to the windshield.
  8. Adjust the stand to center the injector over the impact point.

    Note
Use the mirror's reflection to confirm the location. Make sure that the injector is sealed with the impact point .Do not apply too much pressure or tension which can cause cracks arising from the repair area.
  9. Apply 4 - 6 drops of the UV resin into the injector.
