Actuator - Driver's Temperature (Remove and Replace)

Removal
- Remove the IP carrier. See IP Carrier (Remove and Replace).

Disconnect the LH footwell duct temperature sensor harness connector.

Remove the screw that attaches the LH footwell duct to the HVAC assembly, and then remove the duct from the vehicle.

Disconnect the driver temperature actuator connector.

Remove the screws (x3) that attach the driver temperature actuator to the HVAC assembly, and then remove the actuator from the vehicle.
NoteTake note of the actuator position during removal.
Installation

Position the driver temperature actuator on the vehicle, and then install the screws (x3) that attach the actuator to the HVAC assembly.NoteTake note of the actuator position during installation.

Connect the driver temperature actuator connector.

Position the LH footwell duct on the vehicle, and then install the screw that attaches the duct to the HVAC assembly.

Connect the LH footwell duct temperature sensor harness connector.
- Install the IP carrier. See IP Carrier (Remove and Replace).

Perform a cooling system thermal test. See Cooling System - Thermal Test.
NoteThe thermal test will confirm functionality and clear any alerts / DTCs.
