Sensor - Pressure and Temperature - High Pressure (Remove and Replace)

Correction Code 18205502

Removal

  1. Recover refrigerant from the vehicle. See A/C Refrigerant Recovery and Recharge (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the front LH lower wheel arch liner (refer to procedure).
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the high pressure pressure and temperature sensor.
  4. Use a wrench to remove the high pressure pressure and temperature sensor from the A/C pipe (torque 8 Nm).

    CAUTION
    To prevent damage always use a suitable wrench to hold the backing nut when loosening pipes and unions.

    CAUTION
    Plug pipe connections to prevent ingress of moisture or dirt.
  5. Remove the high pressure pressure and temperature sensor from the vehicle.
