Door Assembly - Rear - LH (Remove and Install)

Correction Code 10106201

Removal

  1. Position the vehicle with clear access to the door assembly.
  2. Remove the lower 'B' post trim (refer to procedure)
  3. Disconnect the door harness connectors (x2) from the body wiring harness.
  4. Support the door on a stand.

    Take care not to damage component(s).
  5. Mark installed positions of hinge to 'B' post to aid installation.
  6. Remove the bolts (x6) that secures the door hinges to 'B' post (torque 31 Nm).

  7. With assistance, release the harness grommet from the 'B' post.
  8. Carefully withdraw the door wiring harness.

  9. Remove door and position aside to prevent damage.

Installation

  1. Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:
  2. Install door and set hinges to witness marks. Check door alignment, adjust if required.
