Link - Fore - Lower - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)
Correction Code 31013402
- 2023-04-19: Updated procedure according to the latest time studies. Air suspension depressurization/pressurization is no longer necessary.
Warning
If the vehicle has air
suspension, activate "Jack" mode on the touchscreen before raising and
supporting the vehicle.
Suspension components can wear differently from one side to another, which can lead to suboptimal handling characteristics. To provide the best ride experience, replace both the LH and RH front fore links when service is indicated.
Removal
- Loosen the front LH wheel lug nuts (x5).
-
Raise and support the vehicle.
See
Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift

the nut that attaches the LH front lower fore link to the front subframe (torque
130 Nm).
- Remove the ride height tool from the vehicle.
