Door - Charge Port (CCS2) (Model Y L) (RHD) (Remove and Replace)

拆卸

  1. Remove the charge port assembly. See Charge Port (CCS2) (Model Y L) (RHD) (Remove and Replace).
  2. Disconnect the charge port harness connector from the charge port ECU.
  3. Release the charge port door harness grommet from the body.
  4. Release the lower clips (x2) that attach the charge port door to the vehicle.

    Note
    Release the bottom clips, then push the bottom of the charge port door out.
  5. Gently pull the charge port door away from the body to remove the assembly.

    Note
    Pull the assembly towards the rear of the vehicle. When the door actuator reaches to the rear of the quarter panel, pull the charge port down to clear the actuator mechanism, then pull out and away from the body. Manipulation of the charge port door may be necessary to fully remove the assembly.

安装

  1. Install the charge port door onto the vehicle (2x clips).

    Note
    Install the part by pivoting the assembly so the actuator mechanism clears underneath the quarter panel, then slide the charge door forward toward the rear door. Manipulation of the charge door may be necessary to fully align the assembly to the body.
  2. Secure the charge port door harness grommet to the body.
  3. Connect the charge port door connector to the charge port ECU.
  4. Install the charge port assembly. See Charge Port (CCS2) (Model Y L) (RHD) (Remove and Replace).
