拆卸

  1. Open RH front door.
  2. Lower RH front window.
  3. Open RH rear door.
  4. Lower RH rear window.
  5. Move RH front seat forward.
  6. Fold 2nd row RH seatback down.

    Protect seat back upholstery if necessary.
  7. Move RH seat forward using towel bar.

    With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand.
  8. Remove 2nd row RH seat backpanel.

    Lift up at the top left corner of RH pack panel to release clips and then slide forward to release hooks.
  9. Remove RH shoulder switch from RH seat assembly.

    Using plastic trim tool pry the top of the switch away from 40 seat assembly to ease removal.
  10. Remove RH seat toe kick cover.
  11. Remove easy-entry switch.
  12. Remove RH seat back harness.
  13. Remove 2nd row seat RH seat harness from seat assembly.

    Use a pry tool to release shoulder switch connection from between seatback and frame.

  1. Route and install 2nd row seat RH seat harness onto seat assembly.

  2. Install RH seat back harness.

    Secure harness to harness guide.
  3. Install RH shoulder switch to RH seat assembly.
  4. Install RH seat toe kick cover.
  5. Install RH backpanel onto seat back.

    Install back panel clips to seat back frame starting at lower back panel working your way up towards upper back panel.
  6. Move 2nd row RH seatback to vertical position.
  7. Move RH front seat to original position.
  8. Raise RH rear window.
  9. Close RH rear door.
  10. Raise RH front window.
  11. Close RH front door.
