1. Function check LH front door (exterior)
   注

   Inspect and note functionality for the door handle operation and full range of motion of the door, From outside look for interference with brightwork and door to body, Note noises such as creaks, groans and clicks, pauses or incomplete actions

   

2. Function check all windows from master switch
   注

   Document any abnormal operation/noises

   

3. Function check wipers and spray jets
   注

   Ensure hood and doors are closed prior to activating wipers, Inspect and note functionality for wipers and wiper jets, Check for full range of motion, speed of motion, interference with other components, noises such as creaks, groans and clicks, pauses or incomplete actions

   

4. Function check all driver controls
   注

   Shift stalk, turn signals, steering wheel scroll wheels, horns

   

5. Function check exterior lights
   注

   Recommend assistance, inspect and note functionality of Headlight (LH and RH), Side Repeater (LH and RH), Taillight (LH and RH), CHMSL, Fog Light (LH and RH), Reverse Light (LH and RH), Front Turn Signal (LH and RH), Rear Turn Signal (LH and RH)

9. Function check RH front door (exterior)

10. Open hood

    

    

11. Remove rear apron
    注

    16x trim clips, 3x location pins, 2x clips

    

    

    

    

12. Check brake fluid level
    注

    Top off if necessary

    

13. Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary
    注

    Ensure that fluid level is at Max line, Vacuum fill required if greater than 1L lost during repair

    

14. Fill washer reservoir with fluid

    

15. Install rear apron
    注

    16x trim clips, 3x location pins, 2x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips, Ensure pyrotechnic hood actuators are aligned with openings in apron

    

    

    

16. Close hood

    

    

17. Raise vehicle partially and lower lift onto locks
    注

    Set vehicle to a comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side

    

    

18. Remove bolts securing front aero shield
    注

    7x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

19. Remove front aero shield
    注

    2x nuts, 15mm, 8 Nm

    

    

    

20. Remove rear aero shield clips
    注

    2x clips, One clip on LH side wheel liner, One clip on RH side wheel liner

    

    

21. Remove rear aero shield
    注

    11x bolts, 2x tabs, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

    

22. Remove LH rear suspension aero cover
    注

    2x tabs, 1x bolt, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

    

23. Remove RH rear suspension aero cover
    注

    2x tabs, 1x bolt, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

    

24. Record tread depth for LH rear tire
    注

    Measure and record the outer, center, and inner tread depths, Measure the circumferential tire grooves only, Do not place the tire tread gauge probe on the molded treadwear indicators, Recommend replacement if tread depth is 4/32in (3mm) or less

    

25. Measure and record LH rear brake pad thickness
    注

    Recommend replacement if 2mm or less, Check both inboard and outboard pads

    

26. Inspect LH rear brake rotor condition
    注

    Check for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec: See technical data

    

27. Record tread depth for RH rear tire
    注

    Measure and record the outer, center, and inner tread depths, Measure the circumferential tire grooves only, Do not place the tire tread gauge probe on the molded treadwear indicators, Recommend replacement if tread depth is 4/32in (3mm) or less

    

28. Measure and record RH rear brake pad thickness
    注

    Recommend replacement if 2 mm or less, Check both inboard and outboard pads

    

29. Inspect RH rear brake rotor condition
    注

    Check for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec : See technical data

    

30. Record tread depth for RH front tire
    注

    Measure and record the outer, center, and inner tread depths, Measure the circumferential tire grooves only, Do not place the tire tread gauge probe on the molded treadwear indicators, Recommend replacement if tread depth is 4/32in (3mm) or less

    

31. Measure and record RH front brake pad thickness
    注

    Recommend replacement if 2mm or less, Check both inboard and outboard pads

    

32. Record tread depth for LH front tire
    注

    Measure and record the outer, center, and inner tread depths, Measure the circumferential tire grooves only, Do not place the tire tread gauge probe on the molded treadwear indicators, Recommend replacement if tread depth is 4/32in (3mm) or less

    

33. Measure and record LH front brake pad thickness
    注

    Recommend replacement if 2mm or less, Check both inboard and outboard pads

    

34. Inspect LH front brake rotor condition
    注

    Check for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec: See technical data

    

35. Perform visual inspection of all brake pipes and hoses
    注

    Pay special attention to brake junction points

    

    

36. Check all four tire pressures manually
    注

    4x tires, Set to specification if necessary, Refer to the "Tire and Loading Information" label located on the driver side B-pillar, Inspect wheels and tires for any bulges or damage while checking/setting pressures

    

37. Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
    注

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged

    

    

38. Perform visual inspection of HV battery enclosure
    注

    Check for any dents, scrapes, or other damage

    

39. Inspect underside of vehicle for fluid leaks
    注

    Pay special attention to hose connection points

    

    

40. Inspect RH front brake rotor condition
    注

    Check for excessive rust or wear, Minimum spec: See technical data

    

41. Perform inspection of front suspension components
    注

    Check conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

42. Perform inspection of rear suspension components
    注

    Check conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

43. Perform inspection of steering components
    注

    Check steering gear joints and electrical connections, Verify components are not bent or damaged

    

    

    

    

    

44. Install RH rear suspension cover
    注

    2x tabs, 1x bolt, 10mm, 5 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto rear suspension cover bolt

    

    

    

45. Install LH rear suspension aero cover
    注

    2x tabs, 1x bolt, 10mm, 5 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto rear suspension aero cover bolt

    

    

    

46. Install rear aero shield
    注

    2x tabs, 11x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, Position rear datums first, Apply Loctite 222 onto rear aero shield bolts

    

    

    

    

47. Install rear aero shield clips
    注

    2x clips, One clip on LH side wheel liner, One clip on RH side wheel liner

    

    

48. Position front aero shield onto vehicle
    注

    2x datums, 2x nuts, 15mm, 8 Nm, Hand-tighten the nuts to temporarily hold the panel in place

    

    

    

49. Install front aero shield onto vehicle
    注

    7x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto front aero shield bolts and install fasteners to front aero shield

    

    

50. Remove vehicle from lift
    注

    Lower rack arms fully and remove from under vehicle

    

51. Perform a road test using a series of ABS-active stops and ensure proper brake pedal feel and performance
    注

    The vehicle must stop completely within 25 feet (7.6 meters) at 20 mph (32 kph), Confirm that no excessive vibration or noise is present

    

52. Inspect vehicles alignment
    注

    Confirm steering wheel is straight and no vibrations or noises are felt or heard from the suspension, On a flat road, at 35 mph (56 kph), the vehicle does not pull in either direction
