This procedure requires the A/C Refrigerant (Recovery and Recharge) procedure to be performed. If not already automatically added to the Service Visit, add correction code 18200102 as a separate activity to the Service Visit.

탈거

  1. A/C 장비를 설정합니다.
  2. LH 전면 도어를 엽니다
  3. 하단 LH 전면 창문을 내립니다.
  4. 후드 내 보관 유닛을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).
  5. Toolbox 3.0를 사용하여 차량에 연결합니다.
  6. "Actions/Autodiag"을 선택하고 "Thermal"을 검색합니다.
  7. HSD 케이블을 이더넷 포트에서 탈거하여 Toolbox 3.0를 차량에서 연결 해제합니다
  8. 12V 전원을 분리합니다. 참조 항목: 12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
  9. 차량에서 냉매를 회수합니다. 참조 항목: A/C Refrigerant (Recovery and Recharge).
  10. 슈퍼매니폴드-컴프레서 A/C 라인을 슈퍼매니폴드에 고정하는 볼트를 탈거합니다.

  11. 슈퍼매니폴드에서 슈퍼매니폴드-컴프레서 A/C 라인을 탈거한 다음 S자형 후크를 사용하여 후드 내 보관 유닛 지지대에 겁니다.

  12. 커넥터 잠금 장치를 분리한 다음 원하는 EXV로 이어지는 전기 커넥터를 연결 해제합니다. 예제 이미지의 연결 해제 순서를 따르십시오.

  13. 잠금 탭을 분리한 다음 원하는 EXV에서 전기 커넥터를 연결 해제합니다.

  14. 슈퍼매니폴드에서 슈퍼매니폴드 하네스를 탈거합니다.
  15. 픽 도구를 사용하여 잠금 탭을 아래쪽으로 당긴 다음 차량 전면을 향해 당겨 EXV 코일을 탈거합니다.
  16. 슈퍼매니폴드에서 EXV 밸브 바디를 탈거합니다.

장착

  1. 적절한 A/C 오일로 EXV 나사산 및 O링을 윤활합니다. A/C 오일 규격은 유액 및 용량을(를) 참조하십시오. 그런 다음 밸브를 슈퍼매니폴드에 손으로 조이기 시작합니다.
  2. EXV를 슈퍼매니폴드에 규격 토크로 완전히 조입니다.
    19 Nm (14.0 lbs-ft)

  3. EXV 코일을 EXV에 장착합니다.

    커넥터 어셈블리의 잠금 탭을 EXV의 홈에 정렬합니다.
  4. 탈거 중 연결 해제했던 전기 커넥터를 연결한 다음 커넥터 잠금 장치를 체결합니다.
  5. 새 씰 와셔를 슈퍼매니폴드-컴프레서 A/C 라인의 슈퍼매니폴드 쪽에 장착한 다음 소량의 적절한 A/C 오일로 와셔를 윤활합니다. A/C 오일 규격은 유액 및 용량을(를) 참조하십시오.
  6. 슈퍼매니폴드-컴프레서 A/C 라인을 슈퍼매니폴드에 배치한 다음 A/C 라인을 슈퍼매니폴드에 고정하는 볼트를 손으로 조입니다.
  7. A/C 라인을 슈퍼매니폴드에 고정하는 볼트를 조입니다.
    22 Nm (16.2 lbs-ft)
