Shroud - Latch - Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH front door and lower the front windows.
  2. Remove the LH rear door trim lower garnish. See Garnish - Lower - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the LH rear door trim decor. See Decor - Trim - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the LH rear door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Set the LH rear door at a comfortable working height.
  6. Remove the bolts (x4) that attach the LH rear door speaker to the door assembly, disconnect the harness electrical connector, and then remove the speaker assembly from the vehicle.
    4 Nm (2.9 lbs-ft)

    TIp
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • T25 socket
  7. Release the tabs (x2) that attach the LH rear door latch shroud to the vehicle, and then remove the shroud from the vehicle.

Install

  1. Position the LH rear door latch shroud into the vehicle, and then secure the tabs (x2) that attach the shroud to the vehicle.
  2. Position the LH rear door speaker into the door assembly, connect the harness electrical connector, and then install the bolts (x4) that attach the speaker assembly to the vehicle.
    4 Nm (2.9 lbs-ft)

  3. Install the LH rear door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Install the LH rear door trim decor. See Decor - Trim - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Install the LH rear door trim lower garnish. See Garnish - Lower - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Raise the front windows and close the LH front door.
