          procedure.
      
  
Remove
- 
          Remove the phone dock assembly from the center console. See Phone Dock - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
          NoteIt is not necessary to remove the inductive charger from dock assembly.
 - 
          Release the tabs (x2) and locating
            pins (x4) that attach the service panel to the instrument panel.
          NoteRelease the top tabs, and then the panel slide rearward.
 - 
          Release the clips (x2) that attach the
            diagnostic and CAN harnesses to the service panel.
          
 - 
          Disconnect the cabin temperature
            sensor fan electrical connector, and then remove the service panel from the
            vehicle.
          
 - 
          Remove the screws (x2) that attach the
            cabin temperature sensor fan to the service panel, and then remove the sensor fan from
            the service panel.
          TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
 
 
Install
- 
          Position the cabin temperature fan
            onto the service panel, and then install the screws (x2) that attach the senor fan to
            the service panel.
2 Nm (1.5 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- Torx T20 socket
 
 - 
          Connect the cabin temperature sensor
            fan electrical connector.
          
 - 
          Secure the clips (x2) that attach the diagnostic and CAN harnesses to the service
            panel.
          
 - 
          Position the service panel into the
            instrument panel, and then secure the tabs (x2) and locating pins (x4) that attach the
            service panel to the instrument panel.
          NoteSlide forward to engage the locating pins, and then secure the tabs upward into the instrument panel.
 - Install the phone dock assembly. See Phone Dock - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
