Noise Filter - LV - Antenna (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the lower liftgate trim. See Trim - Liftgate - Lower (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the liftgate speaker trim. See Grille - Speaker - Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove the liftgate upper trim. See Trim - Upper - Liftgate (Remove and Replace)
  4. Disconnect the antenna LV noise filter electrical connectors (x2).
  5. Release the screw that attaches the antenna LV noise filter to the liftgate, and then remove the noise filter from the liftgate.
    2 Nm (1.5 lbs-ft)

    The screw is self contained to the filter.

    TIp
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T30 socket

Install

  1. Position the antenna LV noise filter into the liftgate, and then install the screw that attaches the noise filter to the liftgate.
    2 Nm (1.5 lbs-ft)

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T30 socket
  2. Connect the antenna LV noise filter electrical connectors (x2).
  3. Install the liftgate upper trim. See Trim - Upper - Liftgate (Remove and Replace)
  4. Install the liftgate speaker trim. See Grille - Speaker - Liftgate (Remove and Replace).
  5. Install the lower liftgate trim. See Trim - Liftgate - Lower (Remove and Replace).
