Actuator - Vane - Center Console - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the center console air wave assembly from the vehicle. See Air Wave Assembly - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the screws (x2) that attach the LH center console vane actuator to the air wave assembly, and then remove the actuator from the assembly.
    1 Nm (.7 lbs-ft)

    Note
    Take note of the direction of the keyed socket upon removal.

    TIp
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T20 socket

Install

  1. Position the LH center console vane actuator into the air wave assembly, and then install the screws (x2) that attach the actuator to the assembly.
    1 Nm (.7 lbs-ft)

    Note the keyed socket angle upon installation matches the actuator.
