Slider - Seat - 2nd Row - LH (6 Seat) (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open all the doors and lower the front windows.
  2. Remove the LH 2nd row seat assembly from the vehicle. See Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (Without 2nd Row Bench Seats) (Remove and Replace).
  3. Remove and discard the LH 2nd row seat surround carpets from the surround trim.
  4. Remove the screws (x2) that attach the LH 2nd row seat magic carpet to the seat assembly.
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)

    TIp
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T20 socket
  5. Release the plastic guides (x2) that attach the magic carpet to the LH 2nd row seat slider, and then remove the carpet from the seat slider.

Install

  1. Position the LH 2nd row seat magic carpet onto the LH 2nd row seat slider, and then align the guides into the surround trim channels.
  2. Install the screws (x2) that attach the LH 2nd row seat magic carpet to the seat assembly.
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)

    • Torx T20 socket
  3. Install new LH 2nd row seat surround carpets to the surround trim.
  4. Install the LH 2nd row seat assembly into the vehicle. See Seat Assembly - 2nd Row - LH (Without 2nd Row Bench Seats) (Remove and Replace).
  5. Raise the front windows and close all the doors.
