Seal - Upper Bright - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH front door.
  2. Lower the LH front window.
  3. Release the LH front upper bright seal from the upper bright molding.
  4. Release the clips (x2) that attach the LH front upper bright seal to the upper bright molding, and then remove the seal from the vehicle.

    The clips are located by the upper fender area towards the side mirror.

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Plastic trim tool

Install

  1. Position the LH front upper bright seal on the vehicle, and then install the clips (x2) that attach the seal to the upper bright molding.
  2. Install the LH front upper bright seal on the upper bright molding.

    Note
    Ensure the seal is properly seated onto the interior trim.
  3. Recalibrate the windows. See Window Regulator (Recalibrate).
  4. Confirm that the window operates correctly and without any abnormal noise.
