- 2025-01-28: Corrected torque value for wiper arm nut from 32 Nm to 25 Nm.
Remove
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Release the LH wiper arm hose nozzle.
- Remove the LH wiper arm nut cover.

Remove the nut that attaches the LH
wiper arm to the vehicle, and then use a wiper arm removal tool to remove the wiper arm
from the vehicle.
CAUTIONDo not flex the wiper arm to remove it.NoteLower the hood slightly to fit the wiper arm removal tool.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 15 mm socket
- Wiper Arm Removal Tool - 1058696-00-A
Install

Position the LH wiper arm into the
vehicle, and then install the nut that attaches the wiper arm to the vehicle.25 Nm (18.4 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 15 mm socket
- Install the LH wiper arm nut cover.
- Attach the LH wiper arm hose nozzle.
- Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
