Actuator - Flap - Center Console - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the center console air wave assembly. See Air Wave Assembly - Center Console (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the screws (x2) that attach the LH center console flap actuator to the airwave assembly, and then remove the actuator from the assembly.
    1 Nm (.7 lbs-ft)

    Note
    Take note of the direction of the keyed socket upon removal.

    TIp
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T20 socket

Install

  1. Position the LH center console flap actuator into the airwave assembly, and then install the screws (x2) that attach the actuator to the assembly.

    Note
    Note the keyed socket angle upon installation matches the actuator.

    Do not force the installation without alignment.
