Cover - Front - Seat Track - 1st Row Seat (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Move the driver seat forward.
  2. Remove and discard the bolts (x2) that attach the rear of driver seat tracks to the floor panel.
    34 Nm (25.1 lbs-ft)

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • T45P socket
  3. Move the driver seat backward.
  4. Remove and discard the bolts (x2) that attach the front of the driver seat tracks to the floor panel.
    34 Nm (25.1 lbs-ft)

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • T45P socket
  5. Slightly lift the front portion of the 1st row seat seat track front cover to release it from the seat track, and then slide the track forward to remove it from the seat track.

Install

  1. With the front portion of the 1st row seat seat track front cover slightly lifted, slide the cover onto the seat track, and then press downward to ensure it is seated onto the seat track.
  2. Install new bolts (x2) that attach the front of the driver seat tracks to the floor panel.
    34 Nm (25.1 lbs-ft)

  3. Move the driver seat forward.
  4. Install new bolts (x2) that attach the rear of driver seat tracks to the floor panel.

  5. Move the driver seat to the original position.
