Support - Carpet - Driver (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the LH front sill panel. See Trim - Sill Panel - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  2. Remove the driver seat. See Seat Assembly - 1st Row - LH (Remove and Install).
  3. Remove the driver seat outer riser. See Riser - Outer - Driver Seat (Remove and Replace).
  4. Remove the LH center console side panel carpet. See Carpet - Side Panel - Center Console - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the push clip, and then fold down the LH side portion of front cabin carpet towards RH side of the vehicle.
  6. Remove the driver carpet support from the vehicle.

Install

  1. Install the driver carpet support to the vehicle.
  2. Install the LH side portion of carpet support, and then fasten the push clip.

    Note
    Verify that the carpet support is positioned behind the LH front lower A-pillar.
  3. Install the LH center console side panel carpet. See Carpet - Side Panel - Center Console - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Install the driver seat outer riser. See Riser - Outer - Driver Seat (Remove and Replace).
  5. Install the driver seat. See Seat Assembly - 1st Row - LH (Remove and Install).
  6. Install the LH front sill panel. See Trim - Sill Panel - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
