Switch - Rear Window - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  2. Open the LH falcon wing door.
  3. Remove the LH rear door trim lower garnish. See Garnish - Lower - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)
  4. Remove the LH rear door trim decor. See Decor - Trim - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the LH rear door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)
  6. Release the hooks (x2) to partially remove the LH rear door NVH pad to access the LH rear window switch.
  7. Disconnect the LH rear window switch electrical connector.
  8. Release the tabs (x3) that attach the LH rear window switch to the LH rear door assembly, and then remove the switch from the vehicle.

    Pry on both rear tabs then pivot switch downward to release it.

Install

  1. Position the LH rear window switch into the LH rear door assembly, and then secure the tabs (x3) that attach the switch to the vehicle.
  2. Connect the LH rear window switch electrical connector.
  3. Secure the hooks (x2) that attach the LH rear door NVH pad to the LH rear door assembly.
  4. Install the LH rear door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)
  5. Install the LH rear door trim decor. See Decor - Trim - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Install the LH rear door trim lower garnish. See Garnish - Lower - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace)
  7. Close the LH falcon door.
  8. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
