Bumper - Sprung - Hood (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Release the tabs (x3) and datum that attach the hood sprung bumper to the hood, and then remove the bumper from the hood.

    The datum is located at the 6 o'clock position. The tabs are located at the 12, 4, and 7 o'clock positions.

Install

  1. Install the hood sprung bumper into the hood.

    Note
    Ensure all the tabs are engaged and the bumper is flush to the hood.
  2. Close the hood.
