1. Open LH front door
2. Lower LH and RH front windows
3. Open RH front door
4. Move RH front seat backward
5. Remove RH front floor mat

   

6. Remove RH footwell cover
   Note

   3x magnets, 1x connector, 4x datums

   

   

7. Remove RH console side carpet
   Note

   11x clips, 2x datums

   

   

8. Remove RH front sill plate
   Note

   5x clips

   

9. Remove RH IP end cap
   Note

   3x clips

   

10. Remove RH mid A-pillar trim
    Note

    1x clip, 1x locating clip

    

11. Remove RH lower A-pillar trim
    Note

    1x bolt, T25, 5 Nm, 2x clips

    

12. Open hood
    Note

    Via center display > Controls > Frunk Open
13. Power off vehicle via center display
    Note

    Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off
14. Remove rear underhood apron
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

15. Disconnect LV battery connector and First Responder Loop
    Note

    2x connectors, Lift up and release green locking tab, Pull black connector lock outwards to release connection, Release red lock tab on FRL

    

    

    

16. Release phone dock
    Note

    4x clips, 2x datums, Pull up at bottom and swing out from under instrument panel

    

    

17. Remove phone dock
    Note

    3x connectors, 1x clip, Take caution to release connector locks before pulling straight out of each socket to avoid damage

    

    

18. Release IP service panel
    Note

    2x tabs, 4x datums, Release top tabs and slide rearward

    

    

    

19. Release diagnostic and CAN harnesses from IP service panel

20. Remove IP service panel
    Note

    1x connector

    

    

21. Remove center display bracket bolts

    2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

    

    

22. Remove center display shroud
    Note

    3x tabs, Slide display outwards until shroud fully clears IP and support, Release the bottom tabs and pull upward

    

    

23. Release center display coax and power connectors
    Note

    2x connectors, 1x clip, Slide display rearward outwards from IP bracket and support during connector release

    

24. Remove center display
    Note

    Slide rearward, Place on soft clean surface

    

25. Remove IP closeout panel
    Note

    4x tabs

    

    

    

26. Remove IP RH mid Panel
    Note

    14x tabs, 2 datums

    

    

27. Remove fasteners securing RH knee air bag assembly to vehicle
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 8 Nm, 1x clip

    

28. Remove the RH knee air bag assembly from vehicle
    Note

    2x connectors, 1x clip, 6x tabs

    

    

29. Release glove box
    Note

    5x screws, T20, 3 Nm

    

    

30. Release glove box connectors
    Note

    3x connectors

    

31. Remove USB outlet
    Note

    2x screws, T20, 3 Nm, 1x clip

    

32. Remove glove box

    

33. Fold RH front cabin carpet aside for access

    

34. Release harness from RH footrest panel
    Note

    1x clip

    

35. Release RH footrest panel
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 2x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

36. Remove RH footrest panel
    Note

    Fold RH primary support carpet up, Rotate RH footrest panel out of vehicle

    

    

37. Release connector to gaming MCU
    Note

    1x connector, Depress lock on underside of connector before pulling out of socket, Possible damage to PCBA may occur if removed without releasing lock first

    

    

    

38. Release glove box USB cable from IP carrier
    Note

    3x clips

    

39. Remove glove box USB cable from vehicle
    Note

    Carefully maneuver cable between IP carrier and passenger footwell vent at HVAC assembly

    

    

40. Position glove box USB cable
    Note

    Carefully maneuver cable between IP carrier and passenger footwell vent at HVAC assembly

    

    

41. Secure glove box USB cable to IP carrier
    Note

    3x clips

    

42. Install connector to gaming MCU
    Note

    1x connector, Confirm connector locked into socket

    

    

43. Install RH footrest panel
    Note

    Rotate RH footrest panel into vehicle, Fold RH primary support carpet down

    

    

44. Secure RH footrest panel
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 2x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

45. Secure harness to RH footrest panel
    Note

    1x clip

    

46. Fold RH main carpet back into place

    

47. Secure USB outlet
    Note

    2x screws, T20, 2 Nm, 1x clip, Ensure USB socket flush in glove box

    

    

    

48. Secure glove box connectors
    Note

    3x connectors, Route harness through glove box datums

    

49. Install glove box
    Note

    5x screws, T20, 3 Nm

    

    

50. Install RH knee air bag assembly into vehicle
    Note

    2x connectors, 6x tabs, 1x clip, Hook tabs before fully seating, Use caution not to damage the connector/harness, Support the knee air bag while connecting the connector

    

    

    

51. Install fasteners securing RH knee air bag assembly to vehicle
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 8 Nm, 1x clip

    

52. Install RH console side carpet
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

53. Install RH footwell cover
    Note

    3x magnets, 4x datums, 1x connector

    

    

54. Install RH lower A-pillar trim

    1x bolt, T25, 5 Nm, 2x clips

    

55. Install RH mid A-pillar trim

    1x clip, 1x locating clip, Verify weather seal is seated properly

    

56. Install RH IP end cap

57. Install RH front sill plate

63. Install center display shroud

    3x tabs, Slide display downward until shroud tabs fully engages

    

    

64. Secure center display to IP carrier
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, Slide center display into IP carrier, Start RH bolt first

    

    

    

65. Secure IP service panel connector

66. Secure diagnostic and CAN harnesses to IP service panel

67. Install IP service panel

    2x tabs, 4 datums, Slide forward engaging datums then secure tabs upward into IP

    

    

68. Install phone dock connections

    3x connectors, 1x clip

    

    

69. Install phone dock

    2x datums, 4 tabs, Slide datums forward into IP and secure tabs down into center console

    

70. Connect First Responder Loop and LV battery connector
    Note

    2x connectors, Secure FRL first, Seat LV battery connection and push black connector lock inwards to secure, Engage upper locking tab when fully seated

    

    

71. Install rear underhood apron
    Note

    11x clips, 2x datums

    

    

72. Close hood
73. Move RH front seat to original position
74. Calibrate RH falcon wing door
    Note

    Hold the upper B-pillar button in the down position to manually calibrate

    

    

75. Close RH front door

77. Raise LH and RH front windows
