Remove
- Remove the front passenger instrument panel duct. See Duct - Instrument Panel - Front Passenger (Remove and Replace).
- Disconnect the RH panel actuator electrical connector.

Remove the screws (x2) that attach the
RH panel actuator to the vehicle, and then remove the actuator from the vehicle.2.3 Nm (1.7 lbs-ft)NoteHold the actuator arm while removing the actuator.NoteTake note of the actuator arm keyed angle upon removal.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
Install

Position the RH panel actuator into
the vehicle, and then install the screws (x2) that attach the actuator to the
vehicle.2.3 Nm (1.7 lbs-ft)NoteThe actuator is keyed to HVAC assembly. Align the actuator before installing the screws.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
- Connect the RH panel actuator electrical connector.
- Install the front passenger instrument panel duct. See Duct - Instrument Panel - Front Passenger (Remove and Replace).
