Remove

  1. Open the LH front door.
  2. Lower both front windows.
  3. Open the RH front door.
  4. Move the RH front seat backward.
  5. Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).
  6. Perform the following routine using Service Mode or Toolbox (see 0005 - Service Modes): PROC_VCFRONT_X_START-THERMAL-FILL-DRAIN-COOLANTvia Toolbox:(link)

  7. Disconnect LV power. See LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
  8. Remove the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Install).
  9. Remove RH front floor mat
  10. Remove RH footwell cover

  17. Release harness from RH footrest panel

  1. Install car computer to vehicle

  2. Secure coolant hoses to car computer coldplate assembly

    2x spring locks, Place coolant absorbent mats or rags around the car computer, Remove coolant plugs while leaving coolant clamps engaged, Ensure spring locks engage and perform pull-push-pull test on each hose coupling
  3. Remove coolant hose clamps

  4. Install connections at LH side of Autopilot motherboard

  21. Move the RH front seat to its original position.
  22. Calibrate the RH falcon wing door.
  23. Raise the RH front window.
  24. Close the RH front door.
  25. Install the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Install).
  26. Install the rear underhood apron.
  27. Close the hood.
  28. Calibrate the LH falcon wing door.
  29. Raise the LH front window.
  30. Close the LH front door.
