Retirer

  1. Open all the doors and lower all the windows.
  2. Place the vehicle into Service Mode. See Mode Entretien.
  3. Remove the ancillary bay cover. See Couvercle - baie auxiliaire (Ensemble structural) (retirer et remplacer).
  4. Retirez le sectionneur de batterie pyrotechnique. Voir Sectionneur de batterie pyrotechnique (Ensemble structural) (retirez et installez).
  5. Release the tabs that secure the 63A fuse cover to the vehicle, and then remove the cover from the assembly.
  6. Remove and discard the nuts (x2) that attach the 63A fuse to the ancillary bay, and then remove the fuse from the ancillary bay.
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)

Installer

  1. Position the 63A fuse into the ancillary bay, and then install new nuts (x2) that attach the fuse to the ancillary bay.
    2.5 Nm (1.8 lbs-ft)

  2. Use a Hioki resistance meter to measure the resistance between the 63A fuse and the terminal.

    Remarque
    The maximum acceptable resistance is 0.105 mΩ (105 μΩ). There is too much resistance in the High Voltage joint. Remove the fastener, clean areas with isopropyl alcohol, install fastener back and test again
  3. Use a Hioki resistance meter to measure the resistance between the 63A fuse and the auxiliary jumper busbar.

  4. Install the 63A fuse cover.
  5. Mesurez la tension à travers les points de montage de déconnexion de la batterie pyrotechnique puis installez la déconnexion de la batterie pyrotechnique Voir Sectionneur de batterie pyrotechnique (Ensemble structural) (retirez et installez).
  6. Install the ancillary bay cover. See Couvercle - baie auxiliaire (Ensemble structural) (retirer et remplacer).
  7. Exit Service Mode. See Mode Entretien.
  8. Remove the vehicle from the lift. See Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux.
  9. Raise all the windows and close all the doors.
