- Open all four doors
- Lower all four windows

Place vehicle in service mode with touchscreen
RemarqueHold Tesla T icon at top of center display for four seconds and then type "service" into dialog box
- Remove the ancillary bay cover. See Couvercle - baie auxiliaire (Ensemble structural) (retirer et remplacer).
- Retirez le sectionneur de batterie pyrotechnique. Voir Sectionneur de batterie pyrotechnique (Ensemble structural) (retirez et installez).

Disconnect fast charge contactor
Remarque1x connector, Push on both side of connector to release tabs and pull upward

Remove bolt securing AC filter harness to negative DC inlet busbar
Remarque1x bolt, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Discard after removal

Remove bolt securing AC filter harness positive DC inlet busbar
Remarque1x bolt, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Discard after removal

Release AC filter harness from tray

Remove FC contactor cover
Remarque3x securing tabs

Remove bolts securing FC negative outlet jumper
Remarque2x bolts, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Discard after removal
- Remove FC negative outlet jumper from ancillary bay
- Position FC negative outlet jumper into ancillary bay

Install bolts securing FC negative outlet jumper
Remarque2x bolts, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Discard after removal

Perform Hioki measurement at the joint from FC negative outlet jumper busbar to DC negative link busbar
Remarque1 HV joint, 60µΩ or less

Install FC contactor cover
Remarque3x securing tabs

Install bolt securing AC filter harness positive DC inlet busbar
Remarque1x bolt, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Install new bolt

Install bolt securing AC filter harness to negative DC inlet busbar
Remarque1x bolt, 13mm, 15 Nm, Minus 180 degrees, 5 Nm + 60 degrees, Install new bolt

Perform Hioki impedance measurement at joint from AC filter harness to positive DC inlet busbar
Remarque1x HV joint, 150µΩ or less

Perform Hioki impedance measurement at joint from AC filter harness to negative DC inlet busbar
Remarque1x HV joint, 150µΩ or less

Secure AC filter harness onto tray
Remarque2x clips

Connect fast charge contactor
Remarque1x connector, Push on both side of connector to release tabs and pull upward
- Mesurez la tension à travers les points de montage de déconnexion de la batterie pyrotechnique puis installez la déconnexion de la batterie pyrotechnique Voir Sectionneur de batterie pyrotechnique (Ensemble structural) (retirez et installez).
- Install the ancillary bay cover. See Couvercle - baie auxiliaire (Ensemble structural) (retirer et remplacer).

Exit Service Mode through UI
RemarqueControls > Service Mode > Exit Service Mode
- Raise all four windows

Close all four doors
RemarqueIf 12V is powered up, Unlatch rear doors before closing
