Reuse

Remove

  1. LH 전면 도어 트림 패널을 탈거합니다. Panel - Door Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Install)을(를) 참조하십시오.
  2. LH 전면 도어 내측 벨트 씰을 탈거합니다. Seal - Inner Belt - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace)을(를) 참조하십시오.
  3. LH 전면 도어 외측 벨트 씰을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Seal - Outer Belt - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. LH 전면 도어 글라스를 탈거합니다. Glass - Door - LH - Front (Remove and Replace)을(를) 참조하십시오.
  5. LH 도어 미러 어셈블리를 탈거합니다. Door Mirror Assembly - LH (Remove and Install)을(를) 참조하십시오.
  6. LH 전면 도어 글라스 런 씰을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Seal - Glass Run - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. LH 전면 도어 클로즈아웃 패널을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: 클로즈아웃 패널 - 도어 - 전면 - LH(탈거 및 교체).
  8. LH 도어 외측 해제 핸들을 탈거합니다. Handle - Exterior Release - Door - Front - LH (Remove and Replace)을(를) 참조하십시오.
  9. LH 전면 도어 래치를 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Latch - Door - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  10. LH 전면 도어 하네스를 도어에 고정하는 클립을 분리합니다.
  11. LH 계기판 엔드캡을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: End Cap - Instrument Panel - LH (Remove and Replace).
  12. LH 중간 A필러 트림을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Trim - A-Pillar - Middle - LH (Remove and Replace).
  13. LH 하단 A필러 트림을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Trim - A-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Replace).
  14. 커넥터 잠금 장치를 분리한 다음 LH 차체 컨트롤러 모듈의 J7 도어 배선 하네스 커넥터를 연결 해제합니다.
  15. 그로밋을 분리한 다음 A필러 벌크헤드를 통해 도어 배선 하네스를 누릅니다.
  16. 배선 하네스를 도어 벌크헤드를 통해 민 후, 도어에서 하네스를 탈거합니다.
  17. LH 전면 도어 체크 스트랩을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Check Strap - Door - Front - LH (Remove and Replace).
  18. 상단 및 하단 힌지를 LH 전면 도어에 고정하는 볼트 또는 너트를 풀어줍니다.
    24 Nm (17.7 lbs-ft)
    49 Nm (36.1 lbs-ft)

  19. 보조 작업자의 도움을 받아 상단 및 하단 힌지를 LH 전면 도어에 고정하는 볼트 또는 너트를 탈거한 다음 차량에서 도어 어셈블리를 탈거합니다.

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:

    Replace all patchbolts.

    Replace all nyloc nuts.

  • 새 LH 전면 도어 보조 씰을 새 도어에 장착합니다. Seal - Secondary - Front Door - LH (Remove and Replace)을(를) 참조하십시오.
  • 도어를 힌지에 놓아서 하단 볼트/너트를 장착할 수 있도록 도어의 각 힌지의 상단 볼트/너트를 부분적으로 조입니다.
