고전압 인지 훈련을 받았고 모든 필수 인증 과정(해당하는 경우)을 완료한 기술자만 이 절차를 수행할 수 있습니다. 고전압 케이블, 버스바 또는 피팅을 다룰 때에는 항상 적합한 개인 보호 장비(PPE)와 클래스 0(1000V)의 최소 정격을 갖는 절연 HV 장갑을 착용해야 합니다. 추가 안전 정보는 기술 노트 TN-15-92-003 고전압 인지 주의 사항을 참조하십시오.

탈거

  1. Remove the ancillary bay cover. See 커버 - 보조 베이(구조용 팩)(탈거 및 교체).
  2. Release the locking tab, and then disconnect the charge inlet connector.
  3. Release the locking tab, and then disconnect the CPIL connector.
  4. Release the clips (x3) that attach the HV battery AC filter harness to the ancillary bay.
  5. Release the locking tab, and then disconnect the HV battery AC filter harness connector.
  6. Remove the HV battery AC filter harness from the ancillary bay.

장착

  1. Connect the HV battery AC filter harness connector to the ancillary bay.
  2. Install the clips (x3) that attach the HV battery AC filter harness to the ancillary bay.
  3. Connect the CPIL connector.
  4. Connect the charge inlet connector.
  5. Install the ancillary bay cover. See 커버 - 보조 베이(구조용 팩)(탈거 및 교체).
