탈거

  1. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  2. Remove the rear underhood apron. See 후드 내 에이프런 - 후면(탈거 및 교체).
  3. Remove the underhood storage unit. See 후드 내 보관 유닛(탈거 및 교체).
  4. Disconnect 12V power. See 12V/LV 전원(연결 해제 및 연결).
  5. Remove the 12V battery. See 12V/LV 배터리(탈거 및 교체).
  6. Remove front aero shield. See 패널 - 에어로 실드 - 전면(구조용 팩)(탈거 및 교체).
  7. Disconnect the electrical connector from the ABS unit.
  8. Position the oil drain under the ABS unit.
  9. Loosen the nut that attaches the master cylinder secondary brake line to the ABS unit.
    16 Nm (11.8 lbs-ft)
  10. Loosen the nut that attaches the primary cylinder secondary brake line to the ABS unit.
    16 Nm (11.8 lbs-ft)
  11. Place an absorbent material beneath the brake booster and reservoir area.
  12. Using a brake fluid syringe, remove the brake fluid from the reservoir.
  13. Loosen the nut that attaches the secondary brake line to the master cylinder, and then remove the secondary brake line.
    16 Nm (11.8 lbs-ft)
  14. Loosen the nut that attaches the primary brake line to the master cylinder, and then remove the primary brake line.
    16 Nm (11.8 lbs-ft)
  15. Release the primary and secondary brake lines from the brake line bundle clip.
  16. Loosen the harness clip that attaches the master cylinder brake lines to the rear of the hydraulic control unit bracket.
  17. Route the master cylinder brake lines towards the front controller, and then remove the master cylinder brake line bundle from the vehicle.

장착

  1. Place the master cylinder brake line bundle into position for installation
  2. Install the secondary brake line to the master cylinder, and then fasten the nut that attaches the secondary brake line.
    16 Nm (11.8 lbs-ft)
  3. Install the primary brake line to the master cylinder, and then fasten the nut that attaches the primary brake line.
    16 Nm (11.8 lbs-ft)
  4. Remove the absorbent material from underneath the brake booster and brake fluid reservoir area.
  5. Install the harness clip that attaches the master cylinder brake lines to the rear of the hydraulic control unit bracket.
  6. Attach the primary and secondary brake lines to the brake line bundle clip.
  7. Fasten the nut that attaches the master cylinder secondary brake line to the ABS unit.
    16 Nm (11.8 lbs-ft)
  8. Fasten the nut that attaches the primary cylinder secondary brake line to the ABS unit.
    16 Nm (11.8 lbs-ft)
  9. Clean the ABS unit surface of residual brake fluid.
  10. Remove the oil drain container from underneath vehicle
  11. Reconnect 12V power. See 12V/LV 전원(연결 해제 및 연결).
  12. Bleed the brakes. See 브레이크 오일 블리딩/플러싱
  13. Install the front aero shield. See 패널 - 에어로 실드 - 전면(구조용 팩)(탈거 및 교체).
  14. Install the HEPA filter. See 어셈블리 - 필터 - HEPA(탈거 및 교체).
  15. Install the underhood storage unit. See 후드 내 보관 유닛(탈거 및 교체).
  16. Install the rear underhood apron. See 후드 내 에이프런 - 후면(탈거 및 교체).
  17. Perform a test drive.
