Hose - Outlet - Radiator (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. LH 전면 도어를 열고 LH 전면 창문을 완전히 내립니다.
  2. 차량을 들어 올려서 지지합니다. 참조 항목: Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
  3. 후면 후드 내 에이프런을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
  4. 후드 내 보관 유닛을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).
  5. 12V 전원을 연결 해제합니다. 참조 항목: 12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
  6. 전면 에어로 실드 패널을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Non-Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
  7. 전면 페시아 밸런스를 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Valance - Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).
  8. 차량을 완전히 내립니다.
  9. 오일 캐처 용기를 차량 전면 아래에 배치합니다.
  10. 스프링 클립을 분리하고 라디에이터 배출 호스에서 냉각수 호스를 연결 해제한 다음 암수 피팅에 플러그를 장착합니다.
  11. 라디에이터 배출 호스를 차량 RH에 고정하는 클립을 풉니다.
  12. 스프링 클립을 분리하고 슈퍼매니폴드에서 라디에이터 배출 호스를 연결 해제한 다음 슈퍼매니폴드에 플러그를 장착합니다.

Install

  1. 슈퍼매니폴드의 플러그를 장착 해제하고 라디에이터 배출 호스를 슈퍼매니폴드에 연결한 다음 클립을 조입니다.

  2. 냉각수 호스 및 냉각수 배출 호스에서 플러그를 탈거하고 암수 피팅을 즉시 연결한 다음 클립을 조입니다.

  3. 라디에이터 배출 호스를 차량 RH에 고정하는 클립을 장착합니다.
  4. 차량 전면 아래에서 오일 캐처 용기를 제거합니다.
  5. 전면 페시아 밸런스를 장착합니다. 참조 항목: Valance - Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).
  6. 전면 에어로 실드 패널을 장착합니다. 참조 항목: Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Non-Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
  7. 차량을 완전히 내립니다.
  8. 냉각수 보틀 캡을 탈거한 다음 냉각수를 적절한 수위까지 채웁니다.

  9. 12V 전원을 연결합니다. 참조 항목: 12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
  10. Toolbox 3.0를 사용하여 차량에 연결합니다.
  11. Toolbox에서 Actions/Autodiag를 클릭한 다음 검색 필드에 "Purge"를 입력합니다.
