Remove

  1. 차량을 들어 올려서 지지합니다. 참조 항목: Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
  2. 후드 내 보관 유닛을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).

  6. 액티브 그릴 셔터에서 외기 온도 센서 커버를 탈거한 다음 센서 전기 커넥터를 연결 해제합니다.
  7. 후드 내 보관 유닛 보강재 브래킷을 냉각 팬에 고정하는 볼트를 탈거한 다음 브래킷을 뒤쪽으로 밀어 간격을 확보합니다.

  8. 전면 에어로 실드 패널을 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Non-Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).
  9. 전면 밸런스를 탈거합니다. 참조 항목: Valance - Front Fascia (Remove and Replace).
  10. 냉각수 배출 용기를 차량의 LH 전면 아래에 놓습니다.
  11. 라디에이터 인입 호스를 냉각 팬 모듈에 고정하는 클립을 풀고 호스를 연결 해제하고, 냉각수가 배출될 때까지 기다린 다음 암수 피팅을 끼웁니다.
  12. 냉각수 배출 용기를 차량의 RH 전면 아래에 배치합니다.
  13. 냉각 팬 모듈에서 라디에이터 배출 호스를 고정하는 클립을 풀고 호스를 연결 해제하고, 냉각수가 배출될 때까지 기다린 다음 암수 피팅을 끼웁니다.
  14. 냉각 팬 모듈 커넥터에서 전기 하네스를 연결 해제합니다.
  15. 냉각 팬 모듈의 하단 LH 및 RH를 앵클 캐처에 고정하는 볼트를 탈거합니다.

  16. 차량에서 냉각 팬 모듈 어셈블리를 탈거합니다.

Install

  1. 보조 작업자와 함께 냉각 팬 모듈 어셈블리를 차량에 배치한 다음 모듈 어셈블리를 차량에 고정하는 볼트를 느슨하게 장착합니다.
  2. 냉각 팬 모듈의 LH 및 RH를 차량에 고정하는 볼트를 규격 토크로 조입니다.
    10 Nm (7.4 lbs-ft)

  3. 라디에이터 방출 호스에서 플러그를 탈거하고 암수 피팅을 연결한 다음 호스 클립을 조입니다.

  10. 외기 온도 센서 전기 커넥터를 연결한 다음 센서 커버를 액티브 그릴 셔터에 장착합니다.
  11. 액티브 그릴 셔터 전기 커넥터를 연결한 다음 커넥터 잠금 장치를 체결합니다.
  12. 냉각수 보틀 캡을 탈거한 다음 냉각수를 "Max" 선까지 채웁니다.
  13. 12V 전원을 연결합니다. 참조 항목: 12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
