Buckle - 2nd Row - LH (7 Seat) (Remove and Replace)

  • 2024-11-26: Add a note to clarify that harness should not be around bolt when install the buckle to seat assembly.

Remove

  1. Open the LH rear door.
  2. Move the LH 2nd row seat back assembly forward.

    Press the EZ entry button, slide the seat forward, release the button, and then lift the seat upward.
  3. Disconnect LH 2nd row buckle connector, and then release the clip that attaches the connect to the vehicle.
  4. Remove and discard the bolt that attaches the LH 2nd row buckle to the seat frame, and then remove the buckle from the vehicle.
    40 Nm (29.5 lbs-ft)

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 15mm 소켓

Install

  1. Position the LH 2nd row buckle into the LH 2nd row seat, and then install a new bolt that attaches the buckle to the seat frame.
    40 Nm (29.5 lbs-ft)

    Make sure to not pinch the wire between the bolt and the buckle bracket. Harness should not be around bolt.

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 15mm 소켓
  2. Secure the LH 2nd row buckle connector to the seat, and then connect the electrical connector.
  3. Move the LH 2nd row seat back assembly to the original position.
