Insulator - Dash - Interior - LH (Remove & Replace)

Dépose

  1. Open all doors and lower the windows.
  2. Remove the LH front seat (voir la procédure).
  3. Remove the RH front seat (voir la procédure).
  4. Remove the center console assembly (voir la procédure).
  5. Remove the LH middle A-pillar trim (voir la procédure).
  6. Remove the LH lower dash trim (voir la procédure).
  7. Remove the LH sill panel trim (voir la procédure).
  8. Remove the glove box (voir la procédure).
  9. Remove the RH footwell cover (voir la procédure).
  10. Remove the RH sill panel trim (voir la procédure).
  11. Remove the instrument panel top pad assembly (voir la procédure).
  12. Remove the Autopilot ECU:
    1. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the Autopilot ECU.
    2. Remove and discard the nuts (x4) that attach the Autopilot ECU to the cross car beam (torque 5 Nm).
    3. Remove the Autopilot ECU from the vehicle.
  13. Remove the defrost mesh grille assembly (voir la procédure).
  14. Remove the RH instrument panel finisher (voir la procédure).
  15. Remove the instrument cluster frame (voir la procédure).
  16. Remove the screws (x2) that attach the LH inner instrument panel finisher with vent to the IP carrier (torque 2 Nm).
  17. Release the clips that attach the LH inner IP finisher with vent to the instrument panel carrier and remove the finisher with vent from the vehicle.

  18. Remove the LH outer instrument panel finisher (voir la procédure).
  19. Remove the upper steering column (voir la procédure).
  20. Remove the instrument cluster (voir la procédure).
  21. Remove the center display (voir la procédure).
  22. Release the clips that attach the tweeter harnesses to the IP carrier near the LH and RH A-pillars.
  23. Remove the clips that attach the dash harness to the instrument panel carrier.
  24. Remove all fasteners (x15) that attach the instrument panel carrier to the cross car beam (torque 2 Nm).
  25. Pull the instrument panel carrier forward for better access to speaker and edge clip removal.
  26. Remove the screws (torque 2 Nm) that attach the RH, center and LH dash speakers, and then remove the speakers.
  27. Remove the instrument panel carrier from the vehicle.
  28. Disconnect the headliner harness at the LH A-pillar and release it from the vehicle.
  29. Release the cross car beam harness connectors (x7) at the LH lower A-pillar.

  30. Disconnect the cross car beam harness connectors (x7) at the RH lower A-pillar.

  31. Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the cross car beam to the HVAC assembly (torque 10 Nm).
  32. Remove the bolts (x7) that attach fasteners securing cross car beam to vehicle (torque 27 Nm).
  33. Remove the cross car beam from the vehicle.

  34. Remove the dead pedal finisher and fold the LH carpet rearwards.
  35. Remove and discard the nuts (x2) that attach the driver footwell bracket to the body (torque 2 Nm), and then move the driver footwell bracket aside.
  36. Move the driver footwell bracket aside to gain access to the LH dash insulator.
  37. Remove the LH dash insulator from the vehicle.
