Inspect HV insulating gloves

Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves

Check voltage on HV rapid mate

B+ to ground, B- to ground, and B+ to B-, If any voltage reading is more than 10V, the pack contactors are not fully opened, Contact Engineering for support

Cover the high voltage connector with a HV Rapid Mate cover, and the low voltage connector with a LV Rapid Mate cover

If these covers are not available, cover the Rapid Mate connectors with masking tape to prevent debris from falling in

Remove HV insulating gloves

Disconnect electric battery heater logic connector

Place coolant catcher underneath vehicle

Remove the top bolts securing DCDC bracket to body

Lower vehicle partially and set lift onto locks

Move washer bottle neck to gain access to brake fluid level sensor

Place absorbent material underneath brake booster and reservoir area

Clean area around brake fluid reservoir and remove cap

Remove fluid from brake fluid reservoir

Disconnect the SRS Pyrotechnic at the Battery Fuse Box

Remove terminals from fusebox

7x nuts, 8mm, 5 Nm, Wires have tags to identify where they go, remember order of wires, Take picture if necessary

Remove fuse box assembly from body

Remarque

2x bolts, 2x nuts, 10mm, 5 Nm, Nuts located under fuse box against bulkhead, Move fuse box aside for access

Separate bracket from fuse box

Remarque

1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm, Be cautious of plastic spacer and stud in between bracket and fuse box

Release harness from fuse box lower bracket

Remarque

2x fir tree clips

Remove lower part of fuse bracket from body

Remarque

2x bolts, 13mm, 15 Nm

Remove screws securing harness bracket to bulkhead

Remarque

2x plastic nuts, 10mm, Hand tight, do not over torque

Release harness clips on LH side of bulkhead

Connect the SRS connector at the battery Pyrotechnic

Install fuse box cover

Install the spring clip to secure the clevis pin
