1. Open LH front door
2. Lower both front windows
3. Move LH front seat backward
4. Release the front section of the LH center console wrapped trim
   Remarque

   10x clips, only necessary to release the front section to remove the center console carpeted closeout extension

   

5. Remove LH side console closeout panel
   Remarque

   6x clips, Pull side panel back and slide closeout panel down behind side panel

   

6. Remove LH IP side cover
   Remarque

   4x clips, 1x connector

   

   

   

7. Remove LH footwell cover
   Remarque

   2x clips, 1x connector

   

   

8. Remove LH lower IP trim
   Remarque

   1x screw, T20, 2 Nm, 9x clips

   

   

9. Open hood
   Remarque

   Using MCU touchscreen > Controls > Frunk Trunk
10. Raise and support vehicle
    Remarque

    Prepare to raise vehicle, Set air suspension to "Jack Mode", Position lift arm pads on vehicle jack pads

    

    

    

11. Remove rear underhood apron
    Remarque

    8x clips

    

    

12. Remove LH underhood apron
    Remarque

    9x clips

    

    

13. Remove RH underhood apron
    Remarque

    9x clips

    

    

14. Release drainage hoses from HEPA filter inlet duct
    Remarque

    2x hoses

    

    

15. Remove clips securing HEPA filter inlet duct to cowl panel
    Remarque

    3x push clips

    

16. Remove HEPA filter inlet duct
    Remarque

    2x clips on HEPA filter

    

    

17. Remove HEPA filter outlet duct from vehicle
    Remarque

    Lift up, pull towards front of vehicle, then rotate clockwise

    

    

18. Power off vehicle from MCU
    Remarque

    Via Controls > Safety & Security > Power Off

    

19. Disconnect 12V negative terminal and First Responder Loop
    Remarque

    1x nut, 10mm, 5 Nm, 1x connector, Wait at least 2 minutes before disconnecting modules or HV components

    

20. Remove lug nut covers from LH front wheel
    Remarque

    5x covers

    

21. Remove lug nut covers from LH rear wheel
    Remarque

    5x covers

    

22. Remove lug nut covers from RH rear wheel
    Remarque

    5x covers

    

23. Remove lug nut covers from RH front wheel
    Remarque

    5x covers

    

24. Loosen LH front wheel
    Remarque

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

    

25. Loosen LH rear wheel
    Remarque

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

    

26. Loosen RH rear wheel
    Remarque

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

    

27. Loosen RH front wheel
    Remarque

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

    

28. Raise vehicle partially and lower onto locks
    Remarque

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to side

    

    

29. Remove LH front wheel
    Remarque

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

    

30. Remove clips securing rear portion of the LH front wheel house liner and reposition to gain access
    Remarque

    6x clips

    

    

    

31. Disconnect harness connectors from brake booster assembly
    Remarque

    2x connectors, 1x clip

    

32. Remove LH rear wheel
    Remarque

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

    

33. Remove RH rear wheel
    Remarque

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

    

34. Remove RH front wheel
    Remarque

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

    

35. Lower vehicle partially and set lift onto locks
    Remarque

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height

    

    

36. Remove fuse box cover
    Remarque

    2x tabs, push tabs inwards and remove fuse box cover

    

37. Remove 12V supply cable to DCDC
    Remarque

    1x nyloc nut, 13mm, 12 Nm, 1x clip, Discard nut after removal

    

38. Release clips securing 12V battery supply cable to fuse box and strut tower cross beam
    Remarque

    3x clips

    

39. Disconnect pyrotechnic fuse connector
    Remarque

    1x connector, Gently lift up orange lock tab to release connector

    

40. Remove bolts securing fuse box to body
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

    

41. Release fuse box from body
    Remarque

    2x tabs, Slide fuse box to RH side to release tabs and then lift

    

42. Disconnect remaining connectors from bottom of fuse box
    Remarque

    3x connectors, Depress locking tabs on sides of flip type connector and flip lever on connector to reseal

    

43. Remove fuse box from vehicle

    

44. Remove LH shock tower cover
    Remarque

    4x push clips

    

    

45. Remove RH shock tower cover
    Remarque

    4x push clips

    

    

46. Remove wiper arms
    Remarque

    2x nuts, 17mm, 35 Nm

    

47. Remove cowl screen panel
    Remarque

    4x push clips, 2x end tabs

    

    

48. Remove LH shock tower brace
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 13mm, 30 Nm, 2x bolts, 13mm, 20 Nm

    

    

    

49. Remove RH shock tower brace
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 13mm, 30 Nm, 2x bolts, 13mm, 20 Nm

    

    

50. Remove wiper motor
    Remarque

    3x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 1x connector

    

    

51. Remove screws securing air suspension reservoir to bracket
    Remarque

    2x screws, T25, 2.5 Nm

    

    

52. Set air suspension reservoir aside for access
    Remarque

    Maneuver below AC line

    

53. Move washer bottle neck to gain access to brake fluid level sensor
    Remarque

    1x clip

    

    

54. Disconnect brake fluid reservoir
    Remarque

    1x connector

    

55. Place absorbent material underneath brake booster and reservoir area

    

56. Clean area around brake fluid reservoir and remove cap

    

57. Remove fluid from brake fluid reservoir

    

58. Disconnect brake lines from brake booster
    Remarque

    2x nuts, 12mm, 20 Nm

    

59. Remove the spring clip from the brake pedal clevis pin
    Remarque

    1x spring clip

    

60. Remove the brake pedal clevis pin
    Remarque

    Depress the brake pedal for clearance

    

61. Remove and discard the fasteners securing the brake pedal to the brake booster
    Remarque

    4x nyloc nuts, 13mm, 23 Nm, Discard after removal

    

62. Remove brake booster assembly from vehicle

    

63. Release harness guide for frunk harness from bulkhead
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm

    

    

64. Remove barrel clips securing harnesses and front motor bay absorber to bulkhead
    Remarque

    5x barrel clips

    

    

    

    

65. Cut slits into front motor bay noise absorber
    Remarque

    These cuts will aid in removal of noise absorber

    

66. Remove front motor bay noise absorber from vehicle

    

67. Cut slits into front motor bay noise absorber
    Remarque

    These cuts will aid in installation of noise absorber

    

68. Position front motor bay noise absorber into vehicle
    Remarque

    Use caution when positioning, studs can tear absorber

    

69. Install clips securing front motor bay noise absorber and harness to bulkhead
    Remarque

    5x barrel clips

    

    

    

    

70. Secure harness guide for frunk harness to bulkhead
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm

    

    

71. Position brake booster assembly into vehicle

    

72. Install the fasteners securing the brake pedal to the brake booster at the bulkhead
    Remarque

    4x nyloc nuts, 13mm, 23 Nm, Install new nyloc nuts

    

73. Install the brake pedal clevis pin
    Remarque

    Depress the brake pedal for clearance

    

74. Install the spring clip to secure the clevis pin
    Remarque

    1x spring clip

    

75. Reinstall LH footwell cover
    Remarque

    2x screws, T20, 2 Nm, 1x connector

    

76. Install LH lower IP trim
    Remarque

    1x screw, T20, 2 Nm, 9x clips, Replace any damaged or missing clips prior to installation

    

    

77. Install LH IP side cover
    Remarque

    4x clips, 1x connector

    

    

    

78. Install LH console closeout extension
    Remarque

    12x clips

    

79. Secure LH center console wrapped trim panel
    Remarque

    22x clips

    

80. Connect brake lines into brake booster
    Remarque

    1x nut, 12mm, 20 Nm

    

81. Top off reservoir
    Remarque

    If necessary

    

82. Remove absorbent material from underneath brake booster and reservoir area

    

83. Connect brake fluid reservoir connector
    Remarque

    1x connector

    

84. Place washer bottle neck back into position
    Remarque

    1x clip

    

    

85. Raise vehicle partially and lower onto locks
    Remarque

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to side, Always lower lift arms onto locks after raising vehicle

    

    

86. Connect harness connectors to brake booster assembly
    Remarque

    2x connectors, 1x clip

    

87. Secure rear portion of the LH front wheel house liner to vehicle
    Remarque

    6x clips

    

    

88. Lower vehicle partially and set onto locks
    Remarque

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height

    

    

89. Place air suspension reservoir into position

    

90. Loosely install air suspension reservoir brackets
    Remarque

    2x screws, T25, 2.5 Nm

    

91. Install LH shock tower brace
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 13mm, 30 Nm, 2x bolts, 13mm, 20 Nm

    

    

    

92. Install RH shock tower brace
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 13mm, 20 Nm, 1x bolt, 13mm, 20 Nm

    

    

93. Install wiper motor
    Remarque

    3x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 1x connector

    

    

94. Secure air suspension reservoir brackets
    Remarque

    2x screws, T25, 2.5 Nm

    

95. Install cowl screen
    Remarque

    4x push clips, 2x end tabs

    

    

96. Install wiper arms
    Remarque

    2x nuts, 17mm, 31 Nm, Align wiper blades with marks on windshield

    

    

    

97. Install LH shock tower cover
    Remarque

    4x push clips

    

    

98. Install RH shock tower cover
    Remarque

    4x push clips

    

    

99. Place fuse box into vehicle and reconnect harness connectors
    Remarque

    3x connectors

    

100. Position fuse box onto body
     Remarque

     2x tabs, Slide the fuse box to LH to attach the tabs into crossbar

     

101. Install bolts securing fuse box to body
     Remarque

     2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

     

102. Reconnect pyrotechnic fuse connector
     Remarque

     1x connector, Be sure to secure locking clip

     

103. Secure clips holding 12V battery supply cable to fuse box and strut tower beam
     Remarque

     3x clips

     

104. Install new nut securing 12V supply cable to DCDC
     Remarque

     1x nyloc nut, 13mm, 12 Nm, Install new nyloc nut

     

105. Install fuse box cover
     Remarque

     2x clips

     

106. Install 12V negative terminal and first responder loop
     Remarque

     1x nut, 10mm, 10 Nm, 1x connector

     

107. Perform a brake bleed procedure. See Procédure de purge ou de vidange – Système (retrait et remplacement).
108. Raise vehicle partially and lower onto locks
     Remarque

     Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to side, Always lower lift arms onto locks after raising vehicle

     

     

109. Install LH front wheel
     Remarque

     5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool

     

110. Install LH rear wheel
     Remarque

     5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool

     

111. Install RH rear wheel liner
     Remarque

     9x push clips, 2x fan clips, Remaining clips will be installed during mid aero shield installation

     

112. Install RH rear wheel
     Remarque

     5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool

     

113. Install RH front wheel
     Remarque

     5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool

     

114. Lower vehicle until tires are touching ground
     Remarque

     Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

     

     

     

115. Torque RH front wheel
     Remarque

     5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

     

116. Torque RH rear wheel
     Remarque

     5x nuts, 21 mm, 175 Nm

     

117. Torque LH rear wheel
     Remarque

     5x nuts, 21 mm, 175 Nm

     

118. Torque LH front wheel
     Remarque

     5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

     

119. Install LH front lug nut covers
     Remarque

     5x covers

     

120. Install LH rear lug nut covers
     Remarque

     5x covers

     

121. Install RH rear lug nut covers
     Remarque

     5x covers

     

122. Install RH front lug nut covers
     Remarque

123. Install HEPA filter outlet duct

     

     

124. Install HEPA filter inlet duct

     2x tabs, One on each side

     

     

125. Install clips securing HEPA filter inlet duct to cowl panel

     3x push clips

     

126. Secure drainage hoses to HEPA filter inlet duct
     Remarque

     2x hoses

     

     

127. Install RH underhood apron
     Remarque

     9x clips

     

     

128. Install LH underhood apron
     Remarque

     9x clips

     

     

129. Install rear underhood apron
     Remarque

     8x clips

     

     

130. Close hood
     Remarque

     Press firmly in green highlighted areas (see image), Damage may result from pressure elsewhere on hood

     

131. Remove vehicle from lift
     Remarque

     Lower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode" via Controls > Service > '' JACK MODE''

     

132. Return steering column to original position

     

133. Raise both front windows
     Remarque

     Using master switch on driver's door
134. Close LH front door
