1. Open LH front door
2. Raise and support vehicle
   Remarque

   Prepare to raise vehicle, Set air suspension to "Jack Mode", Position lift arm pads on vehicle jack pads
3. Remove lug nut covers from LH front wheel
   Remarque

   5x covers
4. Loosen LH front wheel
   Remarque

   5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm
5. Raise vehicle partially and lower onto locks
   Remarque

   Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to side
6. Remove LH front wheel
   Remarque

   5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

   

7. Remove indicated nut and clip securing rear half of LH front wheelhouse liner to body
   Remarque

   1x nut, 10mm, 4 Nm, 1x push clips, Move aside for access

   

8. Disconnect LH front air suspension height sensor
   Remarque

   1x connector, Position wheelhouse liner away from body

   

   

9. Remove nut securing LH front air suspension height sensor assembly to FUCA
   Remarque

   1x nut, 10mm, 7 Nm, Counter hold the joint with a wrench to allow removal, Discard after removal

   

   

   

10. Remove nut securing LH front air suspension height sensor assembly and remove from vehicle
    Remarque

    2x nut, 10mm, 7 Nm, Discard after removal

    

11. Transfer ride height sensor bracket from original sensor to new sensor
    Remarque

    4x screws, T20, 4.3 Nm

    

    

    

12. Install nuts securing LH front air suspension height sensor assembly to body
    Remarque

    2x nuts, 10 mm, 7 Nm, Install new nyloc nuts

    

13. Install nut securing LH front air suspension height sensor assembly to FUCA
    Remarque

    1x nut, 10mm, 7 Nm, Install new nyloc nut, Counter hold the joint with a wrench to allow installation

    

    

    

14. Release secondary lock from new height sensor connector
    Remarque

    Locking tab can be removed completely and will be re-installed at a later step

    

    

15. Release secondary lock from original ride height connector
    Remarque

    Locking tab can be removed completely

    

    

16. Peel back the ride height sensor harness on body side
    Remarque

    Peel back the ride height sensor harness branch to reveal wires and wire color

    

    

    

    

17. Depin BK/GY wire from pin 1 of x182
    Remarque

    Release terminal from pin 1 using the flat twin blade terminal release tool

    

    

    

    

18. Insert BK-GY wire from pin 1 into pin 1 of new connector housing
    Remarque

    Insert terminal into pin 1 of new connector housing, Perform push pull push test and verify terminal is fully locked

    

    

19. Depin BN-GY wire from pin 3 of x182
    Remarque

    Release terminal from pin 3 using the flat twin blade terminal release tool

    

    

    

    

20. Insert BN-GY wire from pin 3 into pin 2 of new connector
    Remarque

    Insert terminal into pin 2 of new connector housing, Perform push pull push test and verify terminal is fully locked

    

    

21. Depin DB-GY wire from pin 2 of x182
    Remarque

    Release terminal from pin 2 using the flat twin blade terminal release tool

    

    

    

    

    

22. Insert DB-GY wire from pin 2 into pin 3 of new connector housing
    Remarque

    Insert terminal into pin 3 of new connector housing, Perform push pull push test and verify terminal is fully locked

    

    

23. Secure secondary lock onto new height sensor connector
    Remarque

    Secure and fully engage the terminal lock

    

    

24. Re-apply tape over wires secure corrugate tubing over the ride height sensor harness branch
    Remarque

    Re-apply electrical tape over wires and secure corrugate tubing

    

    

25. Connect LH front air suspension height sensor

    

26. Install nut and clip securing rear half of LH front wheelhouse liner to body
    Remarque

    1x nut, 10mm, 4 Nm, 1x push clips

    

27. Install LH front wheel
    Remarque

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm, Start lug nuts by hand before using power tool

    

28. Lower vehicle until tires are touching ground
    Remarque

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
29. Torque LH front wheel
    Remarque

    5x nuts, 21mm, 175 Nm

    

30. Install LH front lug nut covers
    Remarque

    5x covers

    

31. Remove vehicle from lift
    Remarque

    Lower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode" via Controls > Service > '' JACK MODE''
32. Perform a ride height adjustment. See Assiette – réglage.
33. Remove vehicle from 4-post lift
    Remarque

    Remove suspension from Jack Mode, Release passenger seat belt from driver buckle
