Retirer

  1. Remove the LH front seat. See Siège – première rangée – côté droit (retrait et remplacement).
  2. Remove screws securing LH outboard side shield

  3. Release LH outboard side shield

    2x tabs, Lift up side shield to release from seat frame
  4. Disconnect LH front seat switch connectors

    3x connectors, 3x clips, Remove side shield
  5. Remove screws securing RH outboard side shield

  6. Release RH outboard side shield

  7. Disconnect RH seat buckle connector

  9. Remove inboard seat cushion soft trim from seat frame

  10. Remove outboard seat cushion soft trim from seat frame

  11. Release back cover from base of seat frame

  12. Remove seat cushion soft trim under seat frame

  13. Disconnect occupancy sensorand driver TCU connector

    2x connectors, 3x clips, Release clips to reposition the wiring harnesses through the seat base frame
  14. Remove the seat cushion trim and foam assembly from the seat base assembly

    The hog ring clips do not get removed since the seat foam and trim are one assembly.

Installer

  1. Install seat cushion trim and foam assembly to seat base assembly
  2. Connect occupancy sensorand driver TCU connector

    3x connectors, 3x clips, Tilt seat back to reposition the wiring harnesses through the seat base frame
  3. Secure seat cushion soft trim under seat frame

  4. Secure outboard seat cushion soft trim to seat frame

  5. Secure inboard seat cushion soft trim to seat frame

  6. Secure front of seat cushion soft trim to seat frame

  7. Secure back cover to base of seat frame

  8. Connect RH seat buckle connector
