1. Open all 4 doors
   Remarque

   Push pillar door triggers to release

   

   

   

   

   

   

2. Lower all 4 windows

   

3. Manually latch all doors to prevent lockout

   Engage latch with screwdriver

5. Open tailgate
   Remarque

   Press button to release

   

6. Open powered front trunk
   Remarque

   Via exterior switch or UI

   

   

7. Remove rear underhood apron
   Remarque

   9x clips

   

   

8. Disconnect FRL connector then disconnect MV battery connector
   Remarque

   2x connectors, Release locking tab then disconnect FRL connector, Slide eCPA to left then lift lever to release MV battery connector, Early production trucks may have black FRL connector, Release eCPA by pushing down to unlock and slide red locking tab, Wait 2 minutes for electrical circuits to discharge before disconnecting modules

   

   

   

9. Remove frunk assembly
   Remarque

   6x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm, 2x bolt caps, 2x bumpstops, 1x connector, Remove bolt covers from frunk floor, Remove washer fluid cap by gently prying upwards, Rotate bumpstops counter clockwise to release, the 25mm socket from PT Sensor kit can be used, Avoid straining emergency frunk release connector

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

10. Remove LH underhood apron
    Remarque

    3x clips

    

    

    

11. Remove front nut securing LH cantrail
    Remarque

    1x nut, 8mm, 4 Nm, Discard after removal

    

    

12. Remove LH header seal
    Remarque

    Seal begins at front quarter glass and ends at C-pillar applique, Start at C-pillar, Pull B-pillar applique down gently to release seal, Pull outwards to release seal from carrier grooves

    

    

    

    

13. Remove screws securing LH cantrail
    Remarque

    8x screws, T20, 2.5 Nm, Pull C-pillar applique down as required for access

    

    

14. Remove LH cantrail assembly
    Remarque

    7x clips, Recommend assistance, Pull away from body side to release clips, Place on padded surface

    

    

15. Remove LH sail baffle applique
    Remarque

    3x clips, Release clips working from bottom upwards

    

    

16. Remove LH sail baffle closeout
    Remarque

    6x clips

    

    

17. Remove LH rear fore fender flare
    Remarque

    12 clips, 9x tabs

    

    

    

18. Remove clips securing LH rear wheel liner to fore fender flare carrier
    Remarque

    5x clips

    

    

19. Remove LH rear fore fender flare carrier
    Remarque

    6x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, 1x connector, Disconnect BLE module then remove carrier, Release locking tab

    

    

    

20. Remove LH rear aft fender flare

24. Remove fastener covers from bed floor assembly

25. Remove bed floor assembly

    10x short bolts, 15mm, 56 Nm, 2x long bolts, 15mm, 46Nm, Lift front edge with trim tool then remove panel, Recommend assistance

    

    

    

    

26. Remove LH sail applique
    Remarque

    15x clips, 1x connector, 1x harness clip, Lift rear edge first to remove connector and harness clip

    

    

    

    

27. Remove LH upper bed side wall assembly
    Remarque

    13x clips, Start from rear, Pull from the bottom downwards

    

    

28. Remove LH bed closeout panel
    Remarque

    6x clips, 1x tab, Release LH tailgate cable by disengaging lock spring from bolt and sliding cable eyelet off to allow removal of bed closeout panel from vehicle

    

    

    

    

29. Remove LH lower bed side wall
    Remarque

    2x bolt, 15mm, 25 Nm, 4x bolts, 10mm, 11 Nm, 4x nuts, 10mm, 10 Nm, 1x connector, 4x L track fastener covers

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

30. Remove LH outer bed side
    Remarque

    13x bolts, 13mm, 28 Nm, 1x screw, T25, 8 Nm, Assistance required, Have assistant hold bed side to body while bolts are removed, Place on padded surface once removed

    

    

    

    

31. Remove clips securing LH rear wheel liner onto rear fascia and diffuser

32. Remove bolts securing rear center fascia onto body
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

    

33. Remove RH rear fender flare

34. Remove clips securing RH rear wheel liner to aft fender flare carrier

39. Remove rear fascia from vehicle

    16x tabs, Release RH and LH side of rear fascia from body, Remove rear fascia from vehicle, Recommended assistance, Place onto protected surface

    

    

    

    

    

    

40. Remove front header trim
    Remarque

    19x clips, 1x magnet, 1x connector, 1x harness clip

    

    

    

41. Remove LH mid A-pillar trim
    Remarque

    1x clip, 3x tabs, Release tabs then slightly bend live hinge and release clip

    

    

    

42. Remove LH upper A-pillar panel
    Remarque

    8x clips, 1x tether clip, 1x harness clip, 1x connector, 1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, Pull inwards to release, Depress tabs on either side of tether clip to release

    

    

    

    

    

43. Remove rear header trim

44. Open LH coat hook

45. Release LH coat hook bolt cover

50. Remove 2nd row seatback LH inboard bolster

51. Remove LH lower C-pillar trim

    3x clips, 7x tabs, 4x datums, Starting at door sill pull upward then forward to release, Leave trim attached to seat belt

    

    

    

52. Remove LH C-pillar upper trim

53. Release all connections from charge port ecu

    3x connectors

    

    

54. Remove charge port ECU

    1x bolts, 8 mm, 5 Nm, 2x tabs

    

    

    

55. Remove clip securing LH 2nd row seat outboard B cover assembly
    Remarque

    1x clip, Position aside for access to clip

    

    

56. Remove LH 2nd row seat back assembly

    4x clips, 1x connector, 3x bolts, 10mm, 9 Nm, Pull upwards then away from frame then disconnect electrical harness, Release locking tab

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

57. Disconnect LH bed harness at rear MV controller
    Remarque

    1x connector, 1x bolt, 8mm, 4 Nm, Do not remove locking cover, Loosen until bolt spins freely, Double check that bolt and locking cover are fully released before attempting to release any MV connectors, Depress tabs to release connectorPlastic Locking Cover Use hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking cover may release crooked causing it to get stuck, secure bolt a few turns to loosen the tension then release bolt while assisting plastic locking cover by gently prying on the side that's stuck Metal Locking Cover You can use power tools, Quickly disconnecting locking cover helps connectors remove symmetrically

59. Release upper interior section of LH bed harness

70. Connect LH bed harness at rear MV controller
    Remarque

    1x connector, 1x bolt, 8mm, 4 Nm, Ensure connectors are aligned before securing bracket, Secure locking cover bolt by hand initially to prevent thread stripping Plastic Locking Cover Use hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking cover may secure crooked causing it to get stuck, release bolt a few turns to loosen the tension then secure bolt while assist plastic locking cover by gently pushing on the side that's stuck, Push connectors too while driving the locking cover bolt to ensure correct seating Metal Locking Cover You can use power tools, Slowly drive locking cover, Ensure locking cover and bolt are seated fully

    

71. Install LH 2nd row seat back assembly
    Remarque

    4x clips, 1x connector, 3x bolts, 10mm, 9 Nm, Connect electrical harness before fully seating assembly, Engage locking tab

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

72. Install clip securing LH 2nd row seat outboard B cover assembly

    1x clip, Ensure strap is not twisted

    

    

73. Install charge port ECU
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 8 mm, 5 Nm, 2x tabs, Align charge port ecu into cavity for installation

    

    

    

    

74. Secure all connections to charge port ecu connectors

75. Install LH C-pillar upper panel

85. Install LH upper A-pillar panel

86. Install LH mid A-pillar trim

89. Install bolts securing rear center fascia onto body

90. Install bolts securing rear diffuser onto body

92. Install clips securing LH rear wheel liner onto rear fascia and diffuser

100. Install LH upper bed side wall assembly

     13x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips, Lift tonneau seal as required

     

     

101. Install LH sail applique
     Remarque

     15x clips, 1x connector, 1x harness clip, Replace any broken clips

     

     

102. Install bed floor assembly
     Remarque

     10x short bolts, 15mm, 56 Nm, 2x long bolts, 15mm, 46Nm, Recommend assistance

     

     

     

     

     

103. Install fastener covers onto bed floor assembly
     Remarque

     14x covers

     

     

     

     

104. Install bolts securing chargeport assembly onto body
     Remarque

     2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Use only hand tools, Risk of galling if power tools are used on stainless fasteners

     

105. Install chargeport door
     Remarque

     1x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, 1x connector, 1x datum

     

     

     

     

     

106. Install LH rear fore fender flare carrier
     Remarque

     6x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, 1x connector, Connect BLE then install carrier, Engage locking tab

     

     

     

107. Install clips securing LH rear wheel liner to fore fender flare carrier
     Remarque

     5x clips

     

     

108. Install clips securing LH rear wheel liner to aft fender flare carrier
     Remarque

     2x clips

     

109. Install both LH rear fore and aft fender flares
     Remarque

     12 clips, 9x tabs

     

110. Instal LH sail baffle closeout
     Remarque

     6x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips

     

     

111. Install LH sail baffle applique
     Remarque

     3x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips

     

     

112. Install LH cantrail assembly
     Remarque

     7x clips, Recommend assistance, Vehicles may be equipped with 10 or 11 clips in production range

     

     

113. Install screws securing LH cantrail
     Remarque

     8x screws, T20, 2.5 Nm, Pull C-pillar applique down as required for access

     

     

114. Install LH header seal
     Remarque

     Start from front quarter glass, Push upwards into seal carrier grooves

     

     

     

     

115. Install nut securing LH front outer cantrail
     Remarque

     1x nut, 8mm, 4 Nm, Install new nut

     

     

116. Install LH underhood apron
     Remarque

     3x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips

     

     

     

117. Connect FRL connector then connect MV battery connector
     Remarque

     2x connectors, Connect FRL connector then secure locking tab, Position lever to secure MV battery connector then slide eCPA to right, Early production trucks may have black FRL connector, If power cycling vehicle then ensure at least 60 seconds has passed since powering down

     

     

     

118. Install frunk assembly
     Remarque

     6x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm, 2x bolt caps, 2x bumpstops, 1x connector, Install bolt covers to frunk floor, Install washer fluid cap, Install bumpstops by aligning tabs then turning clockwise, Ensure emergency frunk release functions

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

119. Install rear underhood apron
     Remarque

     9x clips, Adjust windshield seal as required

     

     

120. Close powered front trunk
     Remarque

     Via exterior switch or UI
