Procédure

  1. Inspect front external lights.

  2. Inspect rear external lights.

    Look for cosmetic damages and humidity ingress, it is acceptable for taillights to have some condensation.
  3. Inspect windshield for rock chips and cracks.

    No damage in driver’s viewing area, airbag impact area, forward camera viewing area, or within 50 mm of edge allowed, No more than 3 cracks or chips to glass allowed.
  4. Check all emergency release cables and switches.

    Front door releases, Use caution with front door releases as door glass will not drop and could damage seals or bright molding, Remove 2nd row door panel pocket cover to reveal emergency cable.
  5. Function check chargeport door (5 cycles).

    5x cycles, Inspect and note functionality full range of motion, touch to open, and indicator light. Look for interference with other components, noises such as creaks, groans and clicks, pauses or incomplete actions.
  6. Open tonneau cover.

    Press forward arrow on LH bed rail.
  7. Close tonneau cover.
  8. Function check LH front door (exterior).

  9. Function check all windows from the master switch

  20. Open glove box through UI

  21. Close the glove box.
  22. Function check power folding side mirrors.

  29. Open powered front trunk

  30. Fill washer reservoir with fluid
  31. Remove the frunk assembly. See Frunk Assembly (Remove and Install).
  32. Perform inspection of under hood area

    Perform inspection of vehicle under hood area, Check for signs of abnormal damage, wear, heavy rust, wiring damage, or impact damage, Pay attention to safety related component and note any items of significance
  33. Visually inspect brake fluid level
  34. Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary

    Ensure that the fluid level is at the Max line, Top off fluid as required
  35. Sur l’écran tactile, touchez l’icône de « Clé » du mode Entretien (dans le bas de l’interface utilisateur de l’écran tactile) et touchez Thermique > Action > Tester les performances thermiques, puis cliquez sur Exécuter et laissez la routine se terminer.
  36. Remove all the 4 wheels. See Ensemble de roue (retrait et installation).
  37. Record the tread depth for LH rear tire

  38. Measure and record LH rear brake pad thickness

  39. Inspect LH rear brake rotor condition

    4x tires, Set to specification if necessary, Refer to the "Tire and Loading Information" label located on the driver side B-pillar, Inspect wheels and tires for any bulges or damage while checking/setting pressures
  50. Raise the vehicle to a comfortable working height, and lower the lift onto locks.

    ATTENTION

    Make sure there is an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise the vehicle may tilt to one side.

    Make sure that the doors are clear of surrounding objects.

  51. Perform visual inspection of HV battery enclosure

  52. Remove the front aero shield. See Aeroshield - Front (Remove and Install).
  53. Remove front skid plate

  54. Remove the rear skid plate. See Skid Plate - Rear (Remove and Install).
  55. Remove the rear aero shield. See Aeroshield - Rear (Remove and Install).
  56. Perform inspection of suspension components

    Check conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed
  57. Perform inspection of steering components

  58. Perform visual inspection of underside of vehicle for any coolant leaks

  61. Install the rear skid plate. See Skid Plate - Rear (Remove and Install).
  62. Install the front aero shield. See Aeroshield - Front (Remove and Install).
  63. Install all the 4 wheels. See Ensemble de roue (retrait et installation).
  64. Install the frunk assembly. See Frunk Assembly (Remove and Install).

  66. Check for active alerts

  67. Update vehicle firmware if available

    Select the clock on the center display, or go to the Software tab, then select install now to start firmware update. Select Install Now, Tap count down timer until clock runs down to 0, Check the center display and ensure the firmware package is installing
  68. Exit Service Mode through UI
