Procédure

Inspect front external lights.
RemarqueLook for cosmetic damages and humidity ingress.

Inspect rear external lights.
RemarqueLook for cosmetic damages and humidity ingress, it is acceptable for taillights to have some condensation.

Inspect windshield for rock chips and cracks.
RemarqueNo damage in driver’s viewing area, airbag impact area, forward camera viewing area, or within 50 mm of edge allowed, No more than 3 cracks or chips to glass allowed.

Check all emergency release cables and switches.
RemarqueFront door releases, Use caution with front door releases as door glass will not drop and could damage seals or bright molding, Remove 2nd row door panel pocket cover to reveal emergency cable.

Function check chargeport door (5 cycles).
Remarque5x cycles, Inspect and note functionality full range of motion, touch to open, and indicator light. Look for interference with other components, noises such as creaks, groans and clicks, pauses or incomplete actions.

Fill washer reservoir with fluid

Perform inspection of under hood area

Visually inspect brake fluid level

Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary
RemarqueEnsure that the fluid level is at the Max line, Top off fluid as required

Record the tread depth for LH rear tire

Measure and record LH rear brake pad thickness

Inspect LH rear brake rotor condition

Check all four tire pressures manually
Remarque4x tires, Set to specification if necessary, Refer to the "Tire and Loading Information" label located on the driver side B-pillar, Inspect wheels and tires for any bulges or damage while checking/setting pressures

Raise the vehicle to a comfortable working height, and lower the lift onto locks.
ATTENTION
Make sure there is an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise the vehicle may tilt to one side.
Make sure that the doors are clear of surrounding objects.

Perform visual inspection of HV battery enclosure
RemarqueCheck for any dents, scrapes, or other damage

Remove front skid plate
Remarque8x nuts, 15mm, 50 Nm, 2x bolts, 11mm, 50 Nm
- Remove the rear skid plate. See Skid Plate - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Remove the rear aero shield. See Aeroshield - Rear (Remove and Install).

Perform inspection of suspension components
RemarqueCheck conditions of ball joints and bushings, etc, Inspect for any loose fasteners, Carefully apply pressure with a pry bar as needed

Perform inspection of steering components
RemarqueCheck steering gear joints and electrical connections, Verify components are not bent or damaged

Perform visual inspection of underside of vehicle for any coolant leaks

Perform inspection of vehicle underside components front and rear

- Install the rear skid plate. See Skid Plate - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Install the front aero shield. See Aeroshield - Front (Remove and Install).

- Install the frunk assembly. See Frunk Assembly (Remove and Install).

Check for active alerts

Update vehicle firmware if available
RemarqueSelect the clock on the center display, or go to the Software tab, then select install now to start firmware update. Select Install Now, Tap count down timer until clock runs down to 0, Check the center display and ensure the firmware package is installing

Exit Service Mode through UI
RemarquePress and hold the Exit Service Mode button for 3 seconds
