1. Ouvrez toutes les portes et abaissez toutes les glaces.
2. Manually latch all doors to prevent lockout
   Remarque

   Engage latch with screwdriver

   

3. Exécutez la routine ODIN PROC_ICE_X_ENTER-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox: (link)
4. Avancez complètement les sièges avant gauche et droit.
5. Retirez le tablier arrière situé sous le capot. Voir Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install),
6. Débranchez l’alimentation MT. Voir Disconnect MV Power (Modify),
7. Remove the front header trim. See Trim - Header - Front (Remove and Install).
8. Close LH and RH visors and retract LH and RH windshield shade assemblies

   

9. Remove the rear header trim. See Trim - Header - Rear (Remove and Install).
10. Remove the LH mid A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Install).
11. Remove instrument panel LH quarter panel. See Quarter Panel Assembly - LH - Instrument Panel (Remove and Replace).
12. Remove the LH upper A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
13. Remove the LH cantrail trim. See Trim - Cantrail - LH (Remove and Install).
14. Remove the RH mid A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Install).
15. Remove instrument panel RH quarter panel. See Quarter Panel Assembly - LH - Instrument Panel (Remove and Replace).
16. Remove the RH upper A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
17. Remove the RH cantrail trim. See Trim - Cantrail - LH (Remove and Install).
18. Remove the 2nd row seatback LH outboard bolster. See Bolster - Outboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).
19. Remove the 2nd row seatback LH inboard bolster. See Bolster - Inboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).
20. Fold up 2nd row 60 seat
    Remarque

    Pull tether to release then lift up until locked in place

    

21. Partially release LH rear primary door seal

    

22. Remove the LH lower C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Install).
23. Remove the LH C-pillar upper trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
24. Remove LH 2nd row shoulder cover
    Remarque

    7x clips, 1x datum

    

    

    

25. Remove the 2nd row seatback RH outboard bolster. See Bolster - Outboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).
26. Remove the 2nd row seatback RH inboard bolster. See Bolster - Inboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).
27. Fold up 2nd row 40 seat
    Remarque

    Pull tether to release then lift up until locked in place

    

    

28. Partially release RH rear primary door seal

    

29. Remove the RH lower C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Install).
30. Remove the RH C-pillar upper trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
31. Release RH 2nd row shoulder cover
    Remarque

    7x clips, 1x datum

    

    

    

32. Remove the rear wall lower trim. See Trim - Lower - Rear Wall (Remove and Install).
33. Remove the LH C-pillar subwoofer. See Subwoofer - C-Pillar - LH (Remove and Install).
34. Remove RH subwoofer
    Remarque

    1x connector, 2x bolts, 13mm, 8 Nm, Slide towards center of vehicle to release outer port from body

    

    

35. Release rear MV controller locking cover
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 8mm, 6 Nm, Do not remove locking cover, Loosen until bolt spins freely, Double check that bolt and locking cover are fully released before attempting to release any MV connectors, Plastic Locking CoverUse hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking cover may release crooked causing it to get stuck, secure bolt a few turns to loosen the tension then release bolt while assisting plastic locking cover by gently prying on the side that's stuck, Metal Locking CoverYou can use power tools, Quickly disconnecting locking cover helps connectors remove symmetrically,

    

36. Release connector J3 X0052 from rear vehicle controller
    Remarque

    1x connector, 2x tabs, 1x clip, Do not remove locking cover, Each connector has two tabs one on the top right side and one on the left lower side of the connector head, You need to press both tabs in order for the connector head to clear locking cover and release successfully, Using a pocket screwdriver to press one of the connector tabs while pressing the other one yourself makes this process easier

    

    

    

37. Release rear vehicle controller connectors
    Remarque

    3x connectors, 6 tabs, Do not remove locking cover, Depress tabs on top and bottom of each connector to release from locking cover, You need to press both tabs in order for the connector head to clear locking cover and release successfully, Using a pocket screwdriver to press one of the connector tabs while pressing the other one yourself makes this process easier

    

38. Disconnect etherloop connector
    Remarque

    1x connector, Release locking tab

    

    

39. Remove LH vehicle controller
    Remarque

    2x nuts, 10mm, 13 Nm, 1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

40. Release all connections from charge port ecu
    Remarque

    3x connectors

    

    

41. Remove charge port ECU
    Remarque

    1x bolts, 8 mm, 5 Nm, 2x tabs

    

    

    

42. Release 2nd row center retractor from 2nd LH row buckle
    Remarque

    Push red release mechanism to release retractor

    

    

43. Remove bolts securing 2nd row seat back onto the back wall
    Remarque

    4x bolts, 10mm, 9 Nm, 2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

    

44. Remove bolts securing lower 2nd row full seat assembly onto the back wall
    Remarque

    8x bolts, 15mm, 50 Nm

    

    

    

    

    

45. Remove bolts securing LH and center/RH 2nd row buckle onto 2nd row seat assembly
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 15mm, 40 Nm

    

46. Remove bolts securing 2nd row seat assembly onto vehicle structural frame
    Remarque

    4x bolts, 15mm, 50 Nm

    

    

47. Remove LH 2nd row shoulder cover
    Remarque

    7x clips, 1x datum

    

    

    

48. Release RH 2nd row shoulder cover
    Remarque

49. Release 2nd row center seat belt from 2nd row seat assembly

58. Install bolts securing 2nd row seat assembly onto vehicle structural frame
    Remarque

    4x bolts, 15mm, 50 Nm

    

    

59. Install rear MV controller
    Remarque

    2x nuts, 10mm, 13 Nm, 1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

60. Connect etherloop connector
    Remarque

    1x connector, Engage locking tab

    

    

61. Secure connector J3 X0052 to rear vehicle controller locking frame
    Remarque

    1x connector, 2x tabs, 1x clip, Carefully insert connector through locking cover, Gently wiggle connector heads to ensure they its correctly inserted, Connector should be slightly loose but tab engagement will prevent it from removing, Consider that pins need to be aligned correctly before you drive the locking cover bolt

    

    

62. Secure remaining rear MV controller connectors
    Remarque

    3x connectors, 6x tabs, Ensure connectors are aligned before securing bracket, Carefully insert connectors through locking covers, Gently wiggle connector heads to ensure they are correctly inserted, Connectors should be slightly loose but tab engagement will prevent them from removing, Consider that pins need to be alighned correctly before you drive the locking cover bolts

    

63. Secure rear MV controller locking cover
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 8mm, 6 Nm, Ensure connectors are aligned before securing bracket, Secure locking cover bolt by hand initially to prevent thread strippingPlastic Locking CoverUse hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking cover may secure crooked causing it to get stuck, release bolt a few turns to loosen the tension then secure bolt while assist plastic locking cover by gently pushing on the side that's stuck, Push connectors too while driving the locking cover bolt to ensure correct seatingMetal Locking CoverYou can use power tools, Slowly drive locking cover, Ensure locking cover and bolt are seated fully

    

64. Install bolts securing LH and center/RH 2nd row buckle onto 2nd row seat assembly
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 15mm, 40 Nm

    

65. Install bolts securing lower 2nd row full seat assembly onto the back wall
    Remarque

    8x bolts, 15mm, 50 Nm

    

    

    

    

    

66. Install bolts securing 2nd row seat back assembly onto the back wall
    Remarque

    4x bolts, 10mm, 9 Nm, 2x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

    

67. Secure 2nd row center retractor onto 2nd LH row buckle
    Remarque

    Push red release mechanism to release retractor

    

    

68. Install charge port ECU
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 8 mm, 5 Nm, 2x tabs, Align charge port ecu into cavity for installation

    

    

    

    

69. Secure all connections to charge port ecu connectors
    Remarque

    3x connectors

    

    

70. Install RH subwoofer
    Remarque

    1x connector, 2x bolts, 13mm, 8 Nm, Slide towards outside of vehicle to secure port

    

    

71. Install the LH C-pillar subwoofer. See Subwoofer - C-Pillar - LH (Remove and Install).
72. Install the rear wall lower trim. See Trim - Lower - Rear Wall (Remove and Install).
73. Install the RH upper C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
74. Install the RH lower C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Install).
75. Secure RH rear primary door seal

    

76. Fold down 2nd row 40 seat
    Remarque

    Pull tether to release then pivot down until locked in place

    

    

77. Install the 2nd row RH inboard seatback bolster. See Bolster - Inboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).
78. Install the 2nd row seatback RH outboard bolster. See Bolster - Outboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).
79. Install the LH upper C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
80. Install the LH lower C-pillar trim. See Trim - C-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Install).
81. Secure LH rear primary door seal

    

82. Fold down 2nd row 60 seat
    Remarque

    Pull tether to release then pivot down until locked in place

    

    

83. Install the 2nd row LH inboard seatback bolster. See Bolster - Inboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).
84. Install the 2nd row seatback LH outboard bolster. See Bolster - Outboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).
85. Install the LH cantrail trim. See Trim - Cantrail - LH (Remove and Install).
86. Install the LH upper A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).

94. Install the front header trim. See Trim - Header - Front (Remove and Install).
95. Branchez l'alimentation électrique MT. Voir Disconnect MV Power (Modify),
96. Installez le tablier sous le capot. Voir Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install),
97. Fermez le coffre avant électrique.
98. Replacez les sièges avant gauche et droit dans leur position initiale.
99. Exécutez la routine ODIN PROC_ICE_X_EXIT-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox: (link)
100. Relevez toutes les glaces et fermez toutes les portes.
