-
Remove valve stem cap
Remarque1x cap
-
Remove valve stem core
RemarqueExercise caution as tire rapidly deflates, wear appropriate PPE
-
Rotate wheel and tire so that upper roller is ~100mm in front of the valve stem
RemarqueFailure to properly position valve stem can result in TPMS damage
-
Break tire beads
RemarqueLubricate as required
-
Remove tire from wheel
RemarqueMake sure to position the TPMS sensor ahead of the tire machine arm
-
Remove wheel from tire changer
Remarque1x clamp
-
Install valve stem

Remarque1x tape weight, 1x hammer-on weight
-
Verify tire pressure is set
RemarqueSet to specification, Refer to "Tire and Loading Information" label located on driver side B-pillar, Install valve stem cap
-
Input wheel dimensions into balancer machine
RemarqueIf machine does not require manual input then skip this step
-
Perform road force wheel balance
RemarqueFollow machine instructions, Safety hood must be down to start balancing, Make sure load roller engages
-
Record road force wheel balance results
RemarqueIf road force is within limit then skip to install wheel weights, If road force is outside limit then proceed to force match
-
Perform tire and wheel force match
RemarqueMeasure run out then mark tire and rim for reference points, Use machine to determine points to match on tire and wheel
