  1. Soulevez et soutenez le véhicule. Voir Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux,
  2. Ouvrez la porte avant gauche et abaissez la glace avant gauche.
  3. Ouvrez le couvre-caisse.
  4. Ouvrez le hayon.
  5. Remove the bed floor assembly. See Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).
  6. Remove the NVH barrier. See Tonneau NVH Barrier Assembly (Standard) (Remove and Install).
  7. Débranchez l’alimentation MT. Voir Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify),
  8. Effectuez la procédure de désactivation HT de véhicule. Voir Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure (Test/Adjust),
  9. Inspect thermal vent breather plugs

  11. Loosen bolts securing 2x4 header assembly to enclosure

  12. Torque bolts securing 2x4 header assembly to enclosure

  13. Remove breather plug from thermal vent

  18. Connect regulator to air supply
  19. Turn right side regulator valve to open position

  20. Set regulator to 0.3 psi
  21. Open left side regulator valve to inject air into platter

  22. Wait 30 seconds for pressure to settle
  23. Record value of starting pressure

  52. Install CP busbar dummy plug onto DC FC header

  53. Raise vehicle fully

  54. Close both valves on regulator
  55. Turn right side regulator valve to open position

  57. Open left side regulator valve to inject air into ancillary bay

  70. Perform Hioki resistance test at each HV joint from HV busbar lead to bolt head

    2x HV joints, When using Hioki tester, verify the meter has been properly adjusted and set prior to usageThe acceptable resistance is between 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ) and 0.195 mΩ (195 μΩ).If the resistance is greater than 0.195 mΩ (195 μΩ), stop work and escalate the Toolbox session.If the resistance is lower than 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), reposition the probes and measure again.If the resistance is repeatedly between 0.00 mΩ and 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), hioki test passed, proceed to next step
  71. Install bolt securing busbar HV connector lid

  79. Remontez la glace avant gauche et fermez la porte avant gauche.
