1. Soulevez et soutenez le véhicule. Voir Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux,
2. Ouvrez la porte avant gauche et abaissez la glace avant gauche.
3. Exécutez la routine ODIN PROC_ICE_X_ENTER-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox:(link)
4. Navigate to Refrigerant System through UI
   Remarque

   Select Service Mode > Thermal > Refrigerant System
5. Select "Start Thermal Fill Drain (Coolant and Refrigerant)" through UI
   Remarque

   Allow routine to complete, ensure routine is successful
6. Ouvrez le coffre avant électrique.
7. Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
   Remarque

   Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged
8. Remove lower valence fasteners
   Remarque

   2x clips, 2x covers, 6x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Release covers to expose bolts

   

   

   

   

   

9. Remove front aero shield
   Remarque

   11x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

   

10. Place coolant catcher below RH front of vehicle

    

11. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
    Remarque

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
12. Retirez le tablier arrière situé sous le capot. Voir Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install),
13. Remove the frunk assembly. See Frunk Assembly (Remove and Install).
14. Débranchez l’alimentation MT. Voir Disconnect MV Power,
15. Remove the front fascia assembly. See Front Fascia (Remove and Install).
16. Disconnect CFM connectors
    Remarque

    2x connectors, 4x clips

    

    

17. Remove lower CFM fasteners
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

    

    

    

18. Remove fore crossmember
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 18mm, 90 Nm, Push up on CFM, Use hammer if needed, Recommend assistance

    

    

    

19. Disconnect radiator to manifold hose from radiator and plug connections
    Remarque

    1x spring clip, Remove from vehicle, Plug hoses

    

20. Disconnect manifold to radiator hose from radiator and plug connections
    Remarque

    1x spring clips, Plug hoses

    

21. Release harness from CFM
    Remarque

    1x grommet, 2x connectors, 5x harness clips, Pull red locking tab to disengage louver connector, Release temperature sensor then disconnect, Release grommet and pull harness through from frunk area

    

    

    

22. Remove upper CFM fasteners
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

    

23. Remove CFM
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Remove from below impact beam, Ensure harness is not pinched during removal

    

    

24. Remove active grille shutter from cooling fan module assembly
    Remarque

    12x locking tabs, 2x clips

    

    

    

    

    

    

25. Install active grille shutter onto cooling fan module assembly
    Remarque

    12x locking tabs, 2x clips, Position assembly on flat surface with fans down, Align datums then engage tabs

    

    

    

    

    

    

26. Install CFM
    Remarque

    Install from bottom, Assistance recommend Manipulate as required, Ensure harness is not pinched during install

    

    

27. Install upper CFM fasteners
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

    

28. Secure harness to CFM
    Remarque

    1x grommet, 2x connector, 1x harness clip, Secure grommet then connect temperature sensor, Engage locking tab on louver connector

    

    

    

29. Connect radiator inlet coolant hose
    Remarque

    1x spring clips,Ensure hose is fully engaged with a push-pull-push test

    

30. Connect radiator to manifold hose to radiator
    Remarque

    1x spring clip, Ensure hose is fully engaged with a push-pull-push test

    

    

31. Install fore crossmember
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 18mm, 90 Nm, Lift CFM away from beam to aid in clearance, Install beam by sliding rewards

    

    

    

32. Install lower CFM fasteners
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

    

    

    

33. Connect CFM connectors
    Remarque

    2x connectors, 4x clips

    

    

34. Install front lower fascia assembly
    Remarque

    Ensure no harnesses are pinched

    

    

35. Install RH fascia fastener and connectors
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, 1x clip, 3x connectors, Pull wheel liner back for access, Engage locking tab

    

    

36. Secure RH wheel liner
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

37. Install LH fascia fastener
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, Pull wheel liner back for access

    

38. Secure LH wheel liner
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

39. Install front fascia fasteners and covers
    Remarque

    2x covers, 6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, Install tow hook covers

    

    

    

40. Install front center applique
    Remarque

    8x tabs, 1x connector, Ensure all tabs engage, Secure frunk release trigger connector

    

    

41. Branchez l'alimentation électrique MT. Voir Disconnect MV Power,
42. Access thermal system routines using the UI
    Remarque

    Select quick controls > Service mode > Thermal > Actions
43. Exécutez la routine ODIN PROC_EGGRIGHT3_X_THERMAL-FILL-DRAIN-STOPvia Service Mode:
    • Thermal ➜ Actions ➜ Stop Thermal Fill/Drain
    • Thermal ➜ Coolant System ➜ Stop Coolant Fill/Drain
    • Thermal ➜ Refrigerant System ➜ Stop Refrigerant Fill/Drain
    via Service Mode Plus:
    • Drive Inverter ➜ Front Drive Inverter Replacement ➜ Stop Fluid Fill/Drain
    • Drive Inverter ➜ Rear Drive Inverter Replacement ➜ Stop Fluid Fill/Drain
    • Drive Inverter ➜ Rear Left Drive Inverter Replacement ➜ Stop Fluid Fill/Drain
    • Drive Inverter ➜ Rear Right Drive Inverter Replacement ➜ Stop Fluid Fill/Drain

44. Select "Start Coolant Air Purge" using the UI
    Remarque

    Touch time only, wait until coolant pumps stop running (audible noise), Routine Passed will appear, but pumps will run for 10 minutes, If you start next another routine during this time it will fail, Make sure vehicle is not in "Drive", Routine is still running despite the completed message, Speeds can be monitored in garage under PT Thermal tab, Idle speed = ~1500 RPM, Test will vary speeds from 3500-6500 RPM and actuate valves between SERIES and PARALLEL, Putting vehicle into "Drive" will stop this routine, If speeds hover at 7000 RPM, this indicates the pumps are air locked, perform a vacuum fill, Continue to add coolant and purge until the coolant level reaches between the NOM and MAX Lines on the bottle
45. Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
    Remarque

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged
46. Install front aero shield
    Remarque

    11x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply loctite 222 to aeroshield fasteners

    

47. Install lower valence fasteners
    Remarque

    2x clips, 2x covers, 6x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Secure covers

    

    

    

    

    

48. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
    Remarque

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
49. Perform Thermal Performance through the UI
    Remarque

    Select Thermal > Actions > Test Thermal Performance, click Run, close once routine is completed, if thermal test fails follow toolbox article 206000.
50. Install the frunk assembly. See Frunk Assembly (Remove and Install).
51. Installez le tablier sous le capot. Voir Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install),
52. Fermez le coffre avant électrique.
53. Retirez le véhicule du pont élévateur. Voir Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux,
54. Exécutez la routine ODIN PROC_ICE_X_EXIT-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox:(link)
55. Remontez la glace avant gauche et fermez la porte avant gauche.
