1. Soulevez et soutenez le véhicule. Voir Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux.
2. Ouvrez la porte avant gauche et abaissez la glace avant gauche.
3. Ouvrez le coffre avant électrique.
4. Mettez le véhicule en mode Entretien. Voir Mode Entretien.
5. Déverrouillez la passerelle du véhicule. Voir Passerelle (déverrouiller).
6. On the touchscreen, navigate to Quick Controls > Service mode > Diagnostics > Thermal,
   Remarque

   Authorize the routines by holding right turn signal and depressing brake pedal for 10 seconds with key on phone dock.
7. Exécutez la routine ODIN PROC_VCFRONT_X_START-THERMAL-FILL-DRAIN-COOLANTvia Toolbox:(link)
8. Débranchez l’alimentation MT. Voir Disconnect MV Power.
9. Remove the front aero shield. See Aeroshield - Front (Remove and Install).
10. Remove front skid plate
    Remarque

    8x nuts, 15mm, 50 Nm, 2x bolts, 11mm, 50 Nm

    

11. Lower vehicle partially and set lift onto locks
    Remarque

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height
12. Remove the frunk assembly. See Frunk Assembly (Remove and Install).
13. Remove the front center applique. See Front Center Applique Assembly (Remove and Install).
14. Remove front fascia fasteners
    Remarque

    2x covers, 6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, Remove tow hook covers to expose bolts

    

    

    

15. Release clips securing front portion of the LH front wheel house liner
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

16. Remove front fascia LH side fastener
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, Pull wheel liner back for access

    

17. Release clips securing front portion of the RH front wheel house liner
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

18. Remove front fascia RH side fastener and connectors
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, 1x clip, 3x connectors, Pull wheel liner back for access, Pull red locking tab to release, Do not push down on locking tab

    

    

19. Remove front lower fascia assembly
    Remarque

    Place on suitable protective surface

    

    

20. Place coolant catcher below RH front of vehicle

    

21. Disconnect radiator to manifold hose from radiator and plug connections
    Remarque

    1x spring clip, Remove from vehicle, Plug hoses

    

22. Place coolant catcher below LH front of vehicle

    

23. Disconnect manifold to radiator hose from radiator and plug connections
    Remarque

    1x spring clips, Plug hoses

    

24. Release harness from CFM
    Remarque

    1x grommet, 2x connectors, 5x harness clips, Pull red locking tab to disengage louver connector, Release temperature sensor then disconnect, Release grommet and pull harness through from frunk area

    

    

    

25. Disconnect CFM connectors
    Remarque

    2x connectors, 2x clips

    

    

26. Remove upper CFM fasteners
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

    

27. Remove lower CFM fasteners
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

    

    

28. Remove fore crossmember
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 18mm, 90 Nm, Push up on CFM, Use hammer if needed, Recommend assistance

    

    

    

29. Remove CFM
    Remarque

    Recommend assistance, Remove from below impact beam, Ensure harness is not pinched during removal

    

    

30. Remove FDU oil filter
    Remarque

    Rotate filter counter clockwise and remove from FDU

    

    

    

31. Install FDU oil filter
    Remarque

    Spin clockwise, 3 Nm and 135 degrees, Lubricate seal prior to installation

    

    

    

32. Install CFM
    Remarque

    Install from bottom, Assistance recommend Manipulate as required, Ensure harness is not pinched during install

    

    

33. Install fore crossmember
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 18mm, 90 Nm, Lift CFM away from beam to aid in clearance, Install beam by sliding rewards

    

    

    

34. Install lower CFM fasteners
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

    

    

35. Connect CFM connectors
    Remarque

    2x connectors, Engage locking tab

    

    

36. Install upper CFM fasteners
    Remarque

    2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

    

37. Secure harness to CFM
    Remarque

    1x grommet, 2x connector, 1x harness clip, Secure grommet then connect temperature sensor, Engage locking tab on louver connector

    

    

    

38. Connect radiator inlet coolant hose
    Remarque

    1x spring clips,Ensure hose is fully engaged with a push-pull-push test

    

39. Connect radiator to manifold hose to radiator
    Remarque

    1x spring clip, Ensure hose is fully engaged with a push-pull-push test

    

    

40. Install front lower fascia assembly
    Remarque

    Ensure no harnesses are pinched

    

    

41. Install RH fascia fastener and connectors
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, 1x clip, 3x connectors, Pull wheel liner back for access, Engage locking tab

    

    

42. Secure RH wheel liner
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

43. Install LH fascia fastener
    Remarque

    1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, Pull wheel liner back for access

    

44. Secure LH wheel liner
    Remarque

    4x clips

    

45. Install front fascia fasteners and covers
    Remarque

    2x covers, 6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, Install tow hook covers

    

    

    

46. Install front center applique
    Remarque

    8x tabs, 1x connector, Ensure all tabs engage, Secure frunk release trigger connector

    

    

47. Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
    Remarque

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged
48. Install the front aero shield. See Aeroshield - Front (Remove and Install).
49. Install front skid plate
    Remarque

    8x nuts, 15mm, 50 Nm, 2x bolts, 11mm, 50 Nm

    

50. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
    Remarque

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
51. Install coolant reservoir adaptor cap onto coolant bottle assembly

    

    

    

52. Place empty coolant container into front storage area
    Remarque

    If frunk is not installed take caution, CFM fan shroud assembly cannot support a full coolant container, Ensure overflow container is empty, Place fender cover over FEM and front fascia

    

53. Fill container with at least 15L of coolant

    

54. Place filled coolant container onto coolant drain & fill cart
    Remarque

    Do not place container with 15L of coolant on top of CFM fan shroud, Position cart as close as possible to front of vehicle

    

55. Setup coolant refill tool
    Remarque

    Verify all valves on refill tool are in the closed position, See image for clarity

    

    

56. Install vacuum refill hose to refill cap on coolant bottle
    Remarque

    Perform push-pull-push test to verify hose is fully installed

    

57. Position overflow hose into empty container

    

58. Place refill hose inside filled coolant container
    Remarque

    Make sure hose end is fully submerged into coolant

    

59. Connect shop air supply to coolant refill tool
    Remarque

    If not already done, Verify refill valve is set to off

    

60. Open air inlet valve to draw a vacuum, Once gauge stabilizes, Fully close valve
    Remarque

    Gauge stabilizes roughly (60-70 cmHg), Vacuum should not drop after the valves are closed

    

    

61. Slowly open the refill valve to allow coolant to be drawn into the system
    Remarque

    Make sure hose end of refill hose is fully submerged during entire process

    

62. Once the gauge reads zero, close the coolant refill valve

    

    

63. Remove shop air supply to coolant refill tool
    Remarque

    If not already done, Verify refill valve is set to off

    

64. Remove coolant refill hose from coolant container

    

65. Remove coolant overflow hose from coolant container

    

66. Remove vacuum refill hose from refill cap on coolant bottle

    

67. Remove vacuum refill cap from coolant bottle assembly

    

68. Remove coolant refill tool from vehicle
    Remarque

    Move coolant drain & fill cart away from vehicle

    

    

69. Remove coolant container from inside underhood area

    

70. Branchez l'alimentation électrique MT. Voir Disconnect MV Power.
71. Access thermal system routines using the UI
    Remarque

    Select quick controls > Service mode > Thermal > Actions
72. Select ‘Stop Thermal Fluid Fill/Drain’, click ‘Run’, and allow routine to complete
    Remarque

    Select 'Close' once complete
73. Select "Start Coolant Air Purge" using the UI
    Remarque

    Touch time only, wait until coolant pumps stop running (audible noise), Routine Passed will appear, but pumps will run for 10 minutes, If you start next another routine during this time it will fail, Make sure vehicle is not in "Drive", Routine is still running despite the completed message, Speeds can be monitored in garage under PT Thermal tab, Idle speed = ~1500 RPM, Test will vary speeds from 3500-6500 RPM and actuate valves between SERIES and PARALLEL, Putting vehicle into "Drive" will stop this routine, If speeds hover at 7000 RPM, this indicates the pumps are air locked, perform a vacuum fill, Continue to add coolant and purge until the coolant level reaches between the NOM and MAX Lines on the bottle
74. Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary
    Remarque

    Ensure that the fluid level is at the Max line, Top off fluid as required

    

75. Install coolant bottle cap

    

76. Perform Thermal Performance through the UI
    Remarque

    Select Thermal > Actions > Test Thermal Performance, click Run, close once routine is completed,
77. Install the frunk assembly. See Frunk Assembly (Remove and Install).
78. Installez le tablier sous le capot. Voir Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
79. Fermez le coffre avant électrique.
80. Quitter mode Entretien. Voir Mode Entretien.
81. Retirez le véhicule du pont élévateur. Voir Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux.
82. Remontez la glace avant gauche et fermez la porte avant gauche.
