  1. Soulevez et soutenez le véhicule. Voir Soulever le véhicule - pont élévateur à 2 poteaux,
  2. Open LH front door
    Remarque
    Push LH B-pillar door trigger to release
  3. Lower LH front window
  4. Open powered front trunk
    Remarque
    Via exterior switch or UI
  5. Open tailgate
    Remarque
    Press button to release, Use manual release as necessary
  6. Mettez le véhicule en mode Entretien. Voir Mode Entretien,
  7. Déverrouillez la passerelle du véhicule. Voir Passerelle (déverrouiller),
  8. Access thermal system routines using the UI
    Remarque
    Select quick controls > Service mode > Thermal > Actions
  9. Select "Coolant Fill/Drain" through Service UI
    Remarque
    Select 'Coolant System' to enter coolant circuit screen, Select 'Coolant Fill/Drain' and 'PROC_VCFRONT_X_START-THERMAL-FILL-DRAIN-COOLANT' window will appear, Select 'Run', Verify indicator displays green for Coolant readiness, Thermal Fill Drain routine has a 50 minute time limit
  10. Power off vehicle from center display
    Remarque
    Verify EPBs are engaged, Select charge port icon to ensure drive state is disengaged then power down vehicle via Controls > Safety > Power Off
  11. Retirez le tablier arrière situé sous le capot. Voir Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install),
  12. Débranchez l’alimentation MT. Voir Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify),
  13. Verify operation of multimeter
    Remarque
    Set multimeter to DC voltage, Confirm multimeter is properly measuring voltage by testing MV battery, Touch lightly and do not damage terminals
  14. Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
    Remarque
    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged
  15. Remove mid-aero shield
    Remarque
    6x clips, 3x bolts, 15mm, 42 Nm, 5x bolts, 13mm, 28 Nm, 2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm(*15mm & 10mm bolts not shown in catalog, feedback sent)
  16. Remove all items from pockets and ensure not wearing metal items
    Remarque
    This includes phones, badges, metal belt buckles airpods and headphones
  17. Inspect HV insulating gloves
    Remarque
    Check gloves for damage prior to use, Refer to service document TN-15-92-003, for information on inspecting HV gloves.
  18. Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves
    Remarque
    Use HV cut resistant insulated gloves or HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves, HV Insulating gloves must be worn any time a Hioki Tester or Hi-Pot Tester is used, Refer to service document TN-15-92-003 R5 for PPE requirements depending on vehicle configuration
  19. Verify no HV - Install amp clamp to RDU HV harness
    Remarque
    Verify meter is zeroed out before performing measurement, Measure single cable. Verify ammeter is installed in correct direction. If current > 0.5A do not proceed with disconnecting HV connector. In this case, start vehicle electrical isolation again to make sure that all was properly shut down. Escalate for assistance as requiredIf current < 0.5A, Ok to disconnect and check voltage at HV plug on the battery side.Release locking tab and rotate the release lever up to disengage the connector, Release harness clip, Do not force the release lever up, Ensure the alignment tabs on the RDU header are not damagedMake sure to wear PPE (HV gloves, safety glasses) when working on high voltage component, Measure B+ to Ground, B- to Ground, B+ to B-, If voltage is greater than 10V, Pack contactors are not open or welded, Stop work and reach out to Service Engineering
  20. Secure RDU header connector to ancillary
    Remarque
    1x connector, Verify lever is in the upright and open position, Carefully seat connector and allow lever to engage, Fully secure lever and verify red tab is locked, Do not damage any pins
  21. Remove pyro fuse access cover
    Remarque
    4x bolts, E-Torx 5 lobe, 10 Nm
  22. Remove primary and secondary pyro fuses
    Remarque
    4x bolts, 13mm, 5 Nm + 60 Degrees, Support each pyro fuse while removing bolts
  23. Partially install pyro fuse access cover to protect ancillary from contaminates, debris, or coolant ingress during service
    Remarque
    4x bolts, E-Torx 5 lobe, 10 Nm, Tighten until snug, Torque not required at this time, only temporary installation
  24. Remove leather over gloves and HV insulating gloves
  25. Position coolant drain container underneath RH rear of HV battery
  26. Disconnect coolant hoses from PCS coolant inlet and outlet couplers
    Remarque
    2x spring clip, Hose connections located on underside of battery at RR, Plug hoses immediately to prevent excess coolant loss, Allow PCS coolant to drain as much as possible prior to installing any plugs or adaptors on the battery side
  27. Connect coolant Drain and Fill Adapter to PCS outlet hose coupling
    Remarque
    Use adapter 113843-40-A from the Drain & Fill Adaptors kit, Use male to male adaptor from leak test adaptor kit to mate drain and fill adaptor to PCS hose coupler, Remove plugs from battery if present, Make sure spring locking clip is fully seated, Perform push-pull-push test to verify fully seated, Make sure valve on adaptor is open, Valve lever is inline with adaptor when open
  28. Connect waste coolant container to drain and fill adaptor
    Remarque
    Connect hose to drain and fill adaptor, Push until audible click, Perform Push-pull-push test to verify fully seated
  29. Connect coolant Leak Test Adaptor to PCS inlet hose coupling
    Remarque
    (*Use this step for Cybertruck PCS COOLANT DRAIN process) procedure Remove plug from coupler if installed, Use male to male adaptor from kit to mate leak test adaptor to coupler, Make sure the spring locking clip is fully seated, Perform pull-push-pull test to make sure it is fully seated, Connection is at RH rear of HV Battery
  30. Connect coolant Leak Test Fixture outlet hose to Leak Test Adapter
    Remarque
    (*Use this step for Cybertruck PCS COOLANT FLUSH procedure steps) Hand tighten hose connection, No tool required to tighten
  31. Connect outlet hose to the Leak Test Fixture tool
    Remarque
    Hand tighten hose connection, No tool required to tighten
  32. Close both valves on the coolant Leak Test Fixture tool
    Remarque
    The valve knobs should both be perpendicular to the air lines when closed.
  33. Connect compressed air to coolant Leak Test Fixture tool
    Remarque
    Air supply source should be above 50 psi
  34. Open inlet valve on Leak Test Fixture tool then adjust regulator to 50 psi
    Remarque
    Turn on digital gauge and set to "psi", Turn inlet valve counter clockwise to open, Turn Regulator knob clockwise to increase pressure and counter clockwise to decrease pressure, Use caution as coolant may spill, Make sure to wear safety glasses
  35. Set timer for 2 minutes
  36. Open outlet valve on Leak Test Fixture tool.
    Remarque
    Open valve slowly, Valve knob should be inline with airline when open, Use caution as coolant may spill, Make sure to wear safety glasses
  37. Start 2 minute timer
    Remarque
    Once timer is complete, select Stop Reset
  38. Close both valves on the coolant Leak Test Fixture tool
    Remarque
    The valve knobs should both be perpendicular to the air lines when closed.
  39. Swap adaptor positions at PCS inlet and outlet couplers
    Remarque
    This step is to allow flushing coolant out of PCS in opposite direction, Disconnect each adaptor and connect to the other coupler location, Move leak test adaptor to PCS outlet hose coupler, Move Drain and Fill adaptor to PCS inlet hose coupler, perform push pull test on each connection to make sure fully seated
  40. Open inlet valve on Leak Test Fixture tool then adjust regulator to 50 psi
    Remarque
    Turn on digital gauge and set to "psi", Turn inlet valve counter clockwise to open, Turn Regulator knob clockwise to increase pressure and counter clockwise to decrease pressure, Use caution as coolant may spill, Make sure to wear safety glasses
  41. Set timer for 2 minutes
  42. Open outlet valve on Leak Test Fixture tool.
    Remarque
    Open valve slowly, Valve knob should be inline with airline when open, Use caution as coolant may spill, Make sure to wear safety glasses
  43. Start 2 minute timer
    Remarque
    Once timer is complete, select Stop Reset
  44. Close both valves on the coolant Leak Test Fixture tool
    Remarque
    The valve knobs should both be perpendicular to the air lines when closed.
  45. Disconnect coolant Leak Test Fixture outlet hose from Leak Test Adapter

  46. Disconnect coolant Leak Test Adaptor from PCS outlet hose coupling
    Remarque
    1x spring clip, 1x leak adaptor, 1x male to male adaptor
  47. Disconnect Waste Coolant Container from drain and fill adaptor
    Remarque
    Disconnect hose from drain and fill adaptor, Press grey button to release hose fitting,
  48. Disconnect coolant Drain and Fill Adapter from PCS inlet hose coupling
    Remarque
    1x spring clip, 1x drain and fill adaptor, 1x male to male adaptor
  49. Install plastic coolant plugs into both PCS coolant hose coupler fittings
    Remarque
    2x male plugs, 2x spring clips, Make sure metal spring clips are in locked position, Perform push-pull-push test to make sure fully seated, Wipe off any coolant drips or residue at hose ends
  50. Remove coolant drain container from underneath vehicle
  51. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
    Remarque
    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
  52. Remove fastener covers from bed floor assembly
    Remarque
    14x covers
  53. Remove bed floor assembly
    Remarque
    12x short bolts, 15mm, 56 Nm, 2x long bolts, 15mm, 46Nm, Lift front edge with trim tool then remove panel, Recommend assistance
  54. Install Ancillary Access Bench into bed floor opening.
    Remarque
    1x bench, place above rear casting ensuring no air lines or harnesses are being pinched(*No image available or access bench in RWD truck bed)
  55. Clean all debris from ancillary cover
    Remarque
    During removal of ancillary cover any debris on top of the cover may be deposited into the ancillary bay
  56. Disconnect ancillary bay MV connector
    Remarque
    1x connector, Double locking, Release tab then pivot lever, Release second tab to disengage connector, Wait 1 second between locking tab release to discharge and prevent arcing
  57. Remove mid voltage header bolts
    Remarque
    2x bolts, EP10, 6 Nm
  58. Remove bolt securing busbar HV connector lid
    Remarque
    1x bolt, EP10, 9 Nm
  59. Remove bolts securing HV connector to DC FC header
    Remarque
    2x bolts, 10mm, 9 Nm
  60. Release HV connector from DC FC header
    Remarque
    1x connector, Use inflatable airbag if needed to suspend busbar assembly above ancillary assembly
  61. Support HV Busbar assembly
    Remarque
    1X Bungee, Suspend assembly to maintain clearance, wrap bungee around busbar assembly to achieve required cord length, Connect bungee to tie down hook on bed side
  62. Remove fast charger header doubler
    Remarque
    2x bolts, E10 5 Lobe Torx, 10 Nm
  63. Release fasteners securing ancillary cover to HV battery
    Remarque
    22x bolts, E10 5-Lobe, 6 Nm, Use E10 5-Lobe socket without magnet, The fasteners are captive and will stay attached to the penthouse cover, Follow fastening order
  64. Inspect HV insulating gloves
    Remarque
    Check gloves for damage prior to use, Refer to service document TN-15-92-003, for information on inspecting HV gloves.
  65. Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves
  66. Remove ancillary cover
    Remarque
    Install vacuum cup to ancillary cover surface, Lift and maneuver cover around busbar and tonneau cage to remove
  67. Disconnect PCS MV connector
    Remarque
    1x connector, 1x cable tie, Slide red lock off of lever, Rotate lever to release connector, Remove cable tie as needed
  68. Release PCS MV harness pigtail from ancillary bay
    Remarque
    1x bolt, EP10, 6 Nm, 2x clips, Move aside as needed
  69. Disconnect device cluster HV DC harness from PCS
    Remarque
    1x connector, Release locking tab, Gently pull up
  70. Disconnect HV AC harness from PCS
    Remarque
    1x connector, Release locking tab, Use pry tool if needed, Gently pull up on connector
  71. Disconnect coolant hose assembly from PCS
    Remarque
    2x hoses, 2x spring clips, Plug coolant connections as needed, Vehicles built before December 22, 2023 will have clear collar with zip tie connections, If vehicle has older revision hose then replace with updated hose bundle, Proceed to PCS Coolant Hose Bundle replacement procedure
  72. Remove bolts securing PCS
    Remarque
    6x bolts, E10 5-Lobe, 6 Nm, Use E10 5-Lobe socket without magnet, Bolts are captive and will stay attached, Follow fastening order
  73. Secure vacuum cups to PCS
    Remarque
    2x vacuum cups, Continue pressing plunger until red line is no longer visible
  74. Remove PCS from ancillary bay
    Remarque
    1x datum, Maneuver PCS around coolant hoses, Remove plugs and vacuu cups as needed
  75. Install PCS into ancillary bay
    Remarque
    1x datum, Install vacuum cups and coolant plugs to PCS, Maneuver PCS around coolant hoses
  76. Install bolts securing PCS
    Remarque
    6x bolts, E10 5-Lobe, 6 Nm, Use E10 5-Lobe socket without magnet, Bolts are captive and will stay attached, Follow fastening order
  77. Connect coolant hose assembly to PCS
    Remarque
    2x hose connections, 2x spring clips, Remove plugs as needed, Vehicles built before December 22, 2023 may have an older revision of hose assembly, If vehicle has older revision then replace the hose assembly with the latest revision, see PCS coolant hose assembly replacement procedure, the older revision hose assembly has a zip tie securing the hose connector, the updated revision has quick connect fittings with metal spring clips.
  78. Connect HV AC harness to PCS

    1x connector, Secure locking tab
  79. Connect device cluster HV DC harness to PCS
    Remarque
    1x connector, Secure locking tab
  80. Secure PCS MV harness
    Remarque
    1x bolt, EP10, 6 Nm, 2x clips
  81. Connect PCS MV connector
    Remarque
    1x connector, 1x zip tie, Install zip tie onto ECPA latch, PCS header not datumed, Ensure correct orientation and polarity of connection, Harness color red for LV+ and black for LV-, Swing down locking lever, Slide lock fully to engage on top of lever, NOTE: Do not press downward on connection, allow locking arm to pull connection together, PCS header can become damaged internally if you press down to make connection.
  82. Remove leather over gloves and HV insulating gloves
  83. Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
    Remarque
    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged
  84. Position coolant drain container underneath RH rear of HV battery
  85. Install male to male adaptors in both PCS hose assembly couplers

    2x male to male adaptors, Remove plugs from PCS hose couplers if present,
  86. Connect coolant Leak Test Adaptors to male adaptors at PCS hose assembly
    Remarque
    (*Use this step for Cybertruck PCS LEAK TEST process) 2x adaptors, Use 18mm adaptor with flare fitting, Use 18mm adaptor with plug, Make sure the spring locking clips are in locked position, Perform pull-push-pull test to make sure adaptors are fully seated, Connections are at RH rear of HV Battery
  87. Connect coolant Leak Test Fixture outlet hose to Leak Test Adapter
    Remarque
    (*Use this step for Cybertruck PCS LEAK TEST process) Hand tighten hose connection, No tool required to tighten
  88. Connect outlet hose to the Leak Test Fixture tool
    Remarque
    Hand tighten hose connection, No tool required to tighten
  89. Close both valves on the coolant Leak Test Fixture tool
    Remarque
    The valve knobs should both be perpendicular to the air lines when closed.
  90. Connect compressed air to coolant Leak Test Fixture tool

    Air supply source should be above 50 psi
  91. Open inlet valve on Leak Test Fixture tool then adjust regulator to 50 psi

  92. Open outlet valve on Leak Test Fixture tool.

  93. Allow pressure in PCS coolant loop to stabilize at 50 psi
    Remarque
    Pressure should settle around 50 psi
  94. Set timer for 4 minutes
  95. Record the PCS coolant loop leak check starting pressure
    Remarque
    Record the value shown on the digital gauge
  96. Close inlet valve on Leak Test Fixture tool
    Remarque
    The valve knob should be perpendicular to the air line when closed
  97. Start 4 minute timer
    Remarque
    Once timer is complete, select Stop Reset
  98. Record the PCS coolant loop leak check end pressure
    Remarque
    Record the value shown on the digital gauge after 4 minute timer is complete, Max delta between start and end pressures is 0.35 psi, Check coolant hose to see if it is fully seated if pressure test fails
  99. Disconnect compressed air from Leak Test Fixture tool
  100. Open inlet valve on Leak Test Fixture to discharge air from coolant system
    Remarque
    1x valve, Turn valve slowly to release air
  101. Disconnect coolant Leak Test Fixture hose from Leak Test Adapter
    Remarque
    1x hose, 1x adaptor
  102. Disconnect all test adaptors from PCS coolant hose couplers
    Remarque
    4x adaptors
  103. Connect coolant hoses to PCS inlet and outlet hose couplers
    Remarque
    2x spring clip, Make sure the locking tabs are fully seated, Perform push-pull-push test, remove any coolant plugs as needed
  104. Remove coolant drain container from underneath vehicle
  105. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
    Remarque
    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
  106. Inspect HV insulating gloves
    Remarque
    Check gloves for damage prior to use, Refer to service document TN-15-92-003, for information on inspecting HV gloves.
  107. Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves
  108. Install ancillary cover
    Remarque
    Use suction cup and maneuver around busbar and tonneau cage
  109. Remove leather over gloves and HV insulating gloves
  110. Secure ancillary cover fasteners to HV battery
    Remarque
    22x bolts, E10 5-Lobe, 6 Nm, Use E10 5-Lobe socket without magnet, The fasteners are captive and will stay attached to the penthouse cover, Follow fastening order
  111. Install fast charger header doubler
    Remarque
    2x bolts, E10 5 Lobe Torx, 10Nm
  112. Clean HV connector contact surface of residual Penetrox
    Remarque
    Allow 1 minute dry time after removing Penetrox, New busbar comes with Penetrox applied to HV connector
  113. Clean busbar HV connector contact surface of residual Penetrox
    Remarque
    Allow 1 minute dry time after removing Penetrox, It is necessary to clean HV connector during re-use of busbar
  114. Apply Penetrox onto HV connector joints
    Remarque
    Apply 2 drops of Penetrox A-13 about 5mm in diameter to either side of the hole on both leads, Spread evenly to verify the contact surface is fully covered
  115. Position busbar connector and lower onto HV header
    Remarque
    Release bungee cord
  116. Install bolts securing charge port busbar kit to HV Header
    Remarque
    2x bolts, 10mm, 9 Nm
  117. Perform Hioki resistance test at each HV joint from HV busbar lead to bolt head
    Remarque
    2x HV joints, When using Hioki tester, verify the meter has been properly adjusted and set prior to usageThe acceptable resistance is between 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ) and 0.195 mΩ (195 μΩ).If the resistance is greater than 0.195 mΩ (195 μΩ), stop work and escalate the Toolbox session.If the resistance is lower than 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), reposition the probes and measure again.If the resistance is repeatedly between 0.00 mΩ and 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), hioki test passed, proceed to next step
  118. Install bolt securing busbar HV connector lid
    Remarque
    1x bolt, EP10, 9 Nm
  119. Install mid voltage header bolts
    Remarque
    2x bolts, EP10, 6 Nm
  120. Connect ancillary bay MV connector
    Remarque
    1x connector, double locking, Rotate lever into 2nd lock, Perform a pull test to ensure connector engaged correctly
  121. Remove ancillary access bench from bed floor opening
    Remarque
    1x bench
  122. Install bed floor assembly
    Remarque
    12x short bolts, 15mm, 56 Nm, 2x long bolts, 15mm, 46Nm, Recommend assistance
  123. Install fastener covers onto bed floor assembly
    Remarque
    14x covers
  124. Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks
    Remarque
    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Ensure an audible click of locks on both sides is heard before lowering, Vehicle may tilt to the side if both locks are not engaged
  125. Inspect HV insulating gloves
    Remarque
    Check gloves for damage prior to use, Refer to service document TN-15-92-003, for information on inspecting HV gloves.
  126. Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves
  127. Remove partially installed pyro fuse access cover
    Remarque
    4x bolts, E-Torx 5 lobe, 10 Nm
  128. Clean pyro fuse mating surfaces
    Remarque
    Using an insulated tool wipe all four busbar mating surfaces within pyro fuse bay, Wipe top and bottom mating surfaces of each pyro fuse, Ensure no debris is present on any mating surface, Process shown with device cluster removed for clarity and safety, HV gloves and associated PPE must be worn at all times when cleaning mating surfaces, Allow 1 minute for IPA to dry
  129. Install primary and secondary pyro fuses
    Remarque
    4x bolts, 13mm, 5 Nm + 60 Degrees, Support each pyro fuse while installing bolts, Bolts may be reused
  130. Perform Hioki resistance test at each HV joint from HV busbar lead to pyro fuse busbar
    Remarque
    4x HV joints, When using Hioki tester, verify the meter has been properly adjusted and set prior to usageThe acceptable resistance is between 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ) and 0.195 mΩ (195 μΩ).If the resistance is greater than 0.195 mΩ (195 μΩ), stop work and escalate the Toolbox session.If the resistance is lower than 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), reposition the probes and measure again.If the resistance is repeatedly between 0.00 mΩ and 0.050 mΩ (50 μΩ), hioki test passed, proceed to next step
  131. Install pyro fuse access cover
    Remarque
    4x bolts, E-Torx 5 lobe, 10 Nm, Ensure seal is fully seated and undamaged, If HV pack is being shipped then pyro fuses must be removed
  132. Remove leather over gloves and HV insulating gloves

    6x clips, 3x bolts, 15mm, 42 Nm, 5x bolts, 13mm, 28 Nm, 2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 to mid aero shield bolts and install fasteners
  134. Lower vehicle fully
    Remarque
    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
  135. Remove coolant bottle cap
  136. Install coolant reservoir adaptor cap onto coolant bottle assembly
  137. Place empty waste coolant container into front storage area
  138. Fill container with at least 15L of coolant
  139. Place filled coolant container onto coolant drain & fill cart
    Remarque
    Do not place container with 15L of coolant on top of CFM fan shroud, Position cart as close as possible to front of vehicle
  140. Setup coolant Vacuum Refill Tool
    Remarque
    Verify all valves on refill tool are in the closed position, See image for clarity
  141. Connect vacuum refill hose to refill cap on coolant bottle
    Remarque
    Perform push-pull-push test to verify hose is fully installed
  142. Place refill hose inside filled coolant container
    Remarque
    Make sure hose end is fully submerged into coolant
  143. Place overflow hose into empty container
  144. Connect shop air supply to coolant refill tool
    Remarque
    If not already done, Verify refill valve is set to off
  145. Open shop air supply valve on vacuum refill tool
    Remarque
    Air flow will be present when valve is open
  146. Open air inlet valve on vacuum refill tool to draw a vacuum on vehicle coolant system
    Remarque
    Vacuum gauge reading should change once valve is open, Gauge should stabilize around 60-70 cmHg
  147. Close air inlet valve on Vacuum Refill Tool once gauge stabilizes
    Remarque
    Vacuum gauge reading should not drop after the valve is closed
  148. Monitor gauge for 30 seconds to verify vacuum is maintained in cooling system
    Remarque
    If vacuum is not maintained there may be a leak in the cooling system, Verify no loose connections or fittings on vacuum refill tool causing vacuum leak
  149. Continue evacuating cooling system
    Remarque
    Open air inlet valve for 3 minutes then close air inlet valve
  150. Close shop air supply valve on refill tool
    Remarque
    Air flow noise should stop
  151. Slowly open refill valve to draw coolant into system
    Remarque
    Valve lever is inline with hose when fully open, Make sure end of refill hose is fully submerged in container during entire process, Coolant will be transferred through hose from container to vehicle coolant reservoir, Vacuum gauge needle will move towards zero as it fills
  152. When gauge reaches zero, close coolant refill valve
  153. Disconnect shop air from Vacuum Refill tool.
  154. Remove coolant refill hose from coolant container
  155. Remove coolant overflow hose from waste coolant container
  156. Remove vacuum refill hose from refill cap on coolant bottle
  157. Remove coolant reservoir adaptor cap from coolant Superbottle assembly

  158. Remove coolant refill tool from vehicle
  159. Remove waste coolant container from front storage area

  162. Select "Start Coolant Air Purge" using the UI
    Remarque
    Touch time only, wait until coolant pumps stop running (audible noise), Routine Passed will appear, but pumps will run for 10 minutes, If you start next another routine during this time it will fail, Make sure vehicle is not in "Drive", Routine is still running despite the completed message, Speeds can be monitored in garage under PT Thermal tab, Idle speed = ~1500 RPM, Test will vary speeds from 3500-6500 RPM and actuate valves between SERIES and PARALLEL, Putting vehicle into "Drive" will stop this routine, If speeds hover at 7000 RPM, this indicates the pumps are air locked, perform a vacuum fill, Continue to add coolant and purge until the coolant level reaches between the NOM and MAX Lines on the bottle
  163. Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary
    Remarque
    Ensure the fluid level is at the Max line, Top off fluid as required
  164. Install coolant bottle cap

  166. Perform Thermal Performance Test through the UI
    Remarque
    Select Thermal > Actions > Test Thermal Performance, click Run, close once routine is completed, if thermal test fails follow toolbox article 206000
  167. Perform software reinstall
    Remarque
    Via UI > Service Mode > Software Reinstall > CAN ECU > Reinstall, Reinstall will begin immediately, Once firmware redeploy is complete, Verify release notes are present via UI
