  8. Ouvrez le coffre avant électrique.

  12. Raise vehicle fully and lower lift onto locks

  13. Remove the rear skid plate. See Skid Plate - Rear (Remove and Install).
  14. Remove all items from pockets and ensure not wearing metal items
  15. Inspect HV insulating gloves

    Check gloves for damage prior to use, Refer to service document TN-15-92-003, for information on inspecting HV gloves.
  16. Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves

    Use HV cut resistant insulated gloves or HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves, HV Insulating gloves must be worn any time a Hioki Tester or Hi-Pot Tester is used, Refer to service document TN-15-92-003 R5 for PPE requirements depending on vehicle configuration.
  17. Verify no HV - Install amp clamp to RDU HV harness

    Verify meter is zeroed out before performing measurement, Measure single cable. Verify ammeter is installed in correct direction. If current > 0.5A do not proceed with disconnecting HV connector. In this case, start vehicle electrical isolation again to make sure that all was properly shut down. Escalate for assistance as requiredIf current < 0.5A, Ok to disconnect and check voltage at HV plug on the battery side.Release locking tab and rotate the release lever up to disengage the connector, Release harness clip, Do not force the release lever up, Ensure the alignment tabs on the RDU header are not damagedMake sure to wear PPE (HV gloves, safety glasses) when working on high voltage component, Measure B+ to Ground, B- to Ground, B+ to B-, If voltage is greater than 10V, Pack contactors are not open or welded, Stop work and reach out to Service Engineering
  18. Secure RDU header connector to ancillary

  19. Remove leather over gloves and HV insulating gloves
  20. Install the rear skid plate. See Skid Plate - Rear (Remove and Install).
  21. Remove the front aero shield. See Aeroshield - Front (Remove and Install).
  22. Place coolant catcher below RH front of vehicle
  23. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground

  24. Remove caps from low side and high side AC ports

  27. Remove AC hoses from vehicle
  28. Release vacuum from A/C lines

  29. Remove the frunk assembly. See Frunk Assembly (Remove and Install).
  30. Remove bolts securing supermanifold

    2x bolts, 15mm, 33 Nm, Break free then remove by hand to avoid tool jamming, Support manifold from underneath, Lower Supermanifold until resting on HVAC case
  31. Disconnect the powertrain bypass hose, radiator outlet hose, radiator inlet hose from the Supermanifold

  32. Disconnect radiator to manifold hose from radiator and plug connections

  35. Release remote brake fluid reservoir

  36. Disconnect AC compressor logic connector

  40. Release refrigerant suction and discharge lines from compressor

  45. Install AC flush adapters onto AC manifold to compressor lines

    2x nuts, 13mm, 22 Nm, Install flush adapters onto suction and discharge lines on compressor side, Leave seal washers on AC manifold line, Inspect o-rings and replace if damaged, Use 13mm nuts from compressor to secure flush adapters
  46. Perform AC System Flush procedure

    Touch time only, System flush procedure runs for approximately 90 minutes, Minimum of 3200g of refrigerant needed in tank to run system flush procedure, On AC machine main menu select > Manual > Flushing Kit, Enter 25min vacuum time > Enter > Connect and open couplers > Enter, Machine will perform multiple flush cycles, Allow process to complete

  72. Install coolant reservoir adaptor cap onto coolant bottle assembly
  73. Place empty coolant container into front storage area

    If frunk is not installed take caution, CFM fan shroud assembly cannot support a full coolant container, Ensure overflow container is empty, Place fender cover over FEM and front fascia
  74. Fill container with at least 15L of coolant
  75. Place filled coolant container onto coolant drain & fill cart

  77. Install vacuum refill hose to refill cap on coolant bottle

  81. Open air inlet valve to draw a vacuum, Once gauge stabilizes, Fully close valve

    Gauge stabilizes roughly (60-70 cmHg), Vacuum should not drop after the valves are closed
  82. Slowly open the refill valve to allow coolant to be drawn into the system

  83. Once the gauge reads zero, close the coolant refill valve
  84. Remove shop air supply to coolant refill tool

  94. Select "Start Coolant Air Purge" using the UI

    Touch time only, wait until coolant pumps stop running (audible noise), Routine Passed will appear, but pumps will run for 10 minutes, If you start next another routine during this time it will fail, Make sure vehicle is not in "Drive", Routine is still running despite the completed message, Speeds can be monitored in garage under PT Thermal tab, Idle speed = ~1500 RPM, Test will vary speeds from 3500-6500 RPM and actuate valves between SERIES and PARALLEL, Putting vehicle into "Drive" will stop this routine, If speeds hover at 7000 RPM, this indicates the pumps are air locked, perform a vacuum fill, Continue to add coolant and purge until the coolant level reaches between the NOM and MAX Lines on the bottle
  95. Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary

  97. Navigate to Refrigerant System through UI
