Procédure
- If vehicle presents with air suspension system depressurized then system must be filled before continuing this procedure. Refer to Service Manual procedure Air Suspension - Pressurize / Depressurize - Full System, if necessary.
- Ouvrez la porte avant gauche et abaissez la vitre avant gauche.
- Ouvrez le hayon.
- OUverture du couvre-caisse.
- Remove the bed floor assembly. See Truck Bed - Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Remove the RH rear fender flare. See Front and Rear Garnish - Rear Fender Flare - RH (Remove and Install).
- Release the clips (x2) that attach the RH rear wheel liner to the fender carrier, and then release the liner from the carrier.
-
Release the clip and datem that attach
the air suspension fill tube to the vehicle.
RemarqueRelease the Datum, and then slide the clip away from the body.
- On the vehicle touchscreen, navigate to to set the air suspension ride height to “High”.
- Navigate to to place the air suspension into "Jack Mode".
-
Inspect the LH front air spring module
air line.
RemarqueVisually confirm air line is fully seated. Air lines have two white lines to indicate seated position. Ensure only one white line is visible. Visually confirm fitting appears tight. Spray soapy water on fitting then watch for any bubbles indicating the presence of a leak. If leak is found, discontinue the procedure, then add relevant correction code for repair.

-
Inspect the air line fittings at the
air suspension valve block, reservoir, and compressor.
RemarqueInspect all voss fittings (x14). Visually confirm all hoses are fully seated. Air lines have two white lines to indicate seated position. Ensure only one white line is visible. Visually confirm all fittings appear tight. Spray soapy water on each fitting then watch for any bubbles indicating the presence of a leak. If leak is found, discontinue procedure then add relevant correction code for repair.

suspension fill port.

-
Inspect the inlet airline for
softset.
RemarquePerform a push-pull-push test at each end of air line to ensure proper seating in voss fitting. If line dislodges at either end, discontinue procedure then add relevant correction code for repair.
- Secure the air suspension fill tube.
- Position the RH rear wheel liner to the fender carrier, and then install the clips (x2) that attach the liner to the carrier.
- Install the RH rear fender flare. See Front and Rear Garnish - Rear Fender Flare - RH (Remove and Install).
- Install the bed floor assembly. See Truck Bed - Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Fermez le couvre-caisse.
- Fermez le hayon.
-
Park the vehicle where it can remain
for 12 or more hours.
RemarqueIf possible, leave the vehicle parked in a climate controlled area to avoid pressure variation due to temperature change.
- On the vehicle touchcreen, navigate to , and then record the air suspension height sensor values (in millimeters) from each corner.
- Leave the the vehicle in position for 12 or more hours.
-
Record and compare the air suspension
height sensor values with those recorded prior to test.
RemarqueInvestigate further if ride height has dropped in excess of ~5mm at any corner. If a single corner shows evidence of droop, there is likely an internal air spring module leak that requires the air spring to be replaced. If multiple or all corners have dropped further, diagnostic steps are required. Discontinue the procedure then add relevant correction code as required.
-
Remove the air suspension from "Jack
Mode" and set the ride height to "Medium".
RemarqueFor "Jack Mode":. To set the ride height to "Medium":
- Remontez la glace avant gauche et fermez la porte avant gauche.
